地點好，服務好，早餐、下午茶很棒！

Absolutely loved this hotel! The location is fantastic – just steps from the boat dock, making getting around Venice a breeze. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. Plus, it has a charming retro feel with its key and room decor. And don't even get me started on the delicious continental breakfast! Highly recommend.

服務很好，選擇沒電梯的房型在入住也會有員工協助提行李（check out要自己搬）。小缺點是因共振導致門偶爾會有震動，會誤以為有人在開門鎖，另外一樓是餐廳，所以晚上11點之前會比較吵。除此之外一切都很不錯，推薦！

location was excellent

We booked three rooms for a one night stay. The management couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The morning we were leaving it was pouring down rain and they helped us secure a porter to take our luggage to our water taxi. They also helped us cover a couple pieces of luggage with black garbage bags. The location was great. We were approximately 5-7 minutes from the water taxi and also to the square which included St. Mark's basilica and the Doge palace. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friend.

Great location overall with helpful and nice staff.

The hotel is located very close to St. Marks square making site seeing very easy. The room was comfortable. Jet tub was amazing after a day of walking on cobblestone. We stayed in the annex which was stairs only. The staff was very accommodating and helped with our luggage. The only issue we had was a leak in our bedroom roof our last night. We called concierge and were told the hotel was sold out for the night. Our only options were moving to another hotel at 2am, which we didn't opt for, or staying until the morning. They brought extra towels to put down on the floor and told us to speak with management in the morning. We used the trash can as a bucket since it started leaking more over night. The day time manager did comp us breakfast and gave us an email to contact regarding a refund request. After some back and forth through email, they agreed to refund us half of the one night. While we appreciated the refund, it was frustrating to deal with the management while we were on our trip. This was our first stay in a 10 day Italy trip.

Fabulous staff! Very friendly and super helpful. The room was very spacious! We had the breakfast that was offered and it was incredible! Definitely recommend staying with these lovely folks!

Café da manhã excelente e funcionários atenciosos. Quarto muito bom porém ficava no anexo, que ficar fora do hotel. Ponto ruim é que não possui elevador e tivemos que subir 3 lances de escada com malas.

Wonderful staff so helpful, breakfast & tea delish, and the room so comfortable (very clean.). Excellently located. Lovely stay and no problems.
