The room is little bit old style and small. The terrace breakfast at the top of the hotel is really crowded and with no view. Can’t imagine having breakfast outside with sunshine in the morning. Hot temperature ruins the mood to enjoy breakfast.

Le agradezco mucho al hotel habernos recibido de último momento y de madrugada. Por temas de horario en los vuelos, no nos recibieron en donde se tenía anteriormente la reserva. Este fue un gran lugar para hospedarnos, el desayuno súper completo y todo el personal amable

Posizione buona per visitare città. La colazione dovrebbe essere migliorata ed offrire maggiori possibilità di scelta.

Front desk staff were beyond helpful. Called taxis, gave restaurant recommendations…genuinely cared. Emily in the breakfast area was wonderful. Asked and got us anything we needed…genuinely cared. Dinner staff was great as well. Convenient location. Many restaurants and small grocery across street. but small room which was fine for us.

Chambre 01, très grande, avec une grande salle de bain un peu fraîche. Un peu de bruit du passage de la rue. Matelas beaucoup trop mou. Excellent Wi-Fi. Le personnel est très aimable, surtout à la réception. Petit déjeuner correct. Emplacement près du métro et de la gare Termini.Bon rapport qualité prix.

Personal muy amable, muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y desayuno más que correcto. Por poner un pero, en el baño no hay perchas para las toallas ni espacio para los productos propios de aseo.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great time. The breakfast was good, the front staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The hotel was near lots of restaurants and close to the metro. We definitely will stay there again.

Limpeza excelente. Wi-fi de boa qualidade. Cama muito confortável e janelas anti ruído eficientes, pois o hotel se encontra numa rua bem barulhenta. A banheira de hidro do nosso quarto era enorme e com cromoterapia e usamos quase todos os dias pra relaxar após andar muito por Roma. O hotel fica a uns 15 min da estação de trem e 25 min do Coliseu. Fomos a pé para todos os pontos turísticos, inclusive pro Vaticano, pois gostamos de andar em viagens para conhecer melhor a cidade.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Misleading advertising! On Expedia it is showing as a four star hotel, but in fact it is a 3 star. On Expedia it says it is very close to attractions, like 3 mins drive to Spanish steps as an example, but in fact it used to take 40 minutes by bus, by taxi maybe 15 minutes, but not 3 mins. This far distance to attractions killed our time in Rome, I wish they were honest. Also the building has a very poor an sub standard quality, you wouldn’t be able to sleep properly because of the huge noise coming from surrounding rooms, people talking or flushing their toilets,

The room is very small and smells so bad. Service was good at the breakfast although we don’t like the room. Breakfast was pretty good.

Wi-fi and air conditioning. The latter necessary in Summer months. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Well equipped hotel in a convenient location not far from the main railway station and many major sites. Shopping and restaurant choices are nearby. Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay at here and would definitely go back. It was located close to the main train station and we also walked to everything we wanted to see in Rome. The room was small but well equipped and comfortable. The building is really charming. We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and were impressed with their selections and coffee. The staff was friendly and even arranged a driver for us last minute when there was a problem with train service.

Other than not knowing Italian people like Very firm beds the hotel was very nice. The staff both at the front desk and the restaurant were kind and the breakfast and dinner we had there was good.
