位址很棒，離中央車站很近。房間很小，SHOWER 地方更小。隔音很差。

The room is comfortable and clean.

房間乾淨，服務人員親切。早餐美味，除了各式麵包還有熱食。

鄰近特米尼火車站步行不到10分鐘，交通十分方便，有時購物過重，還可以先拿回房間放，減輕不少負擔。唯一因近車站，晚上噪音較多(酒吧、救護車、某些時段巴士上下車)，如果不怕吵的人，這個點非常棒。 櫃台服務很親切，雖然電梯很小，但足夠擠2個人及2件行李。備有簡易的下午茶點心：可頌、馬芬、茶、咖啡、果汁，讓旅人能短暫休息。 早餐很豐富多樣，滿足各式需求。房間寛敞、浴室備品也份量充足。

Good location. Hotel upgraded room for me from 2nd night. Breakfast also very impressive. But not recommend for smallest room.

Great location, close to train terminal (5 minutes walk) and food court at train terminal as well. Great buffet breakfast. Condition of hotel is good. Recommend.

這是一個非常糟糕的住宿經驗 This was a very terrible experience. 這次我們入住三天，第一天晚上七點左右到Mogana，櫃檯表示，我們入住的房型空調壞掉，要把我們轉到其它飯店（但這間離市區很遠） We stayed 3 days. The first evening we arrived at Morgana around 7pm. The reception told us that the AC of our room broke down, and they would transfer us to another hotel(Very far away from downtown) 我們心想,這很有可能是飯店over booking造成的.向飯店反應這是不是常發生，飯店說不常發生.但很幸運地，我們碰上其他部落客類似的狀況.在我們離開Mogana前，也有一組客人被送走 We think this was probably caused by over booking.They told us this doesn’t happen very often.But so luckly we hit the same bad sutiation with some bloggers who stayed before.Before we left Mogana, like us, a set of costumers was also sent away while checking in. 搭了超過20分鐘的計程車，來到離市區非常遠的住宅區，panama雖然是四星，但panama的房型價格也低於mogana因為臨時換飯店，讓我們浪費很多時間，夜遊羅馬的計畫也被迫取消 It took over 20 minutes by taxi to get to Panama, and it was very far from district area.Because this exception, We had to change our itinerary and a lot of time was wasted. 第二天早餐後搬回到mogana，雖然房間升等，也招待水果和紅酒， 之前在網路上也看過有人發生類似經驗，到了飯店才說房間有問題，第二天再用升等房間來弭平錯誤，這個飯店的手法令人不滿， On the second day, we went back Mogana, the reception upgraded our room, and accommodate us with fruits and wine.But the way they do things is very dissatisfying. 我們不在乎任何事後的補償措施,我們在意的是我們寶貴的旅行計畫. 絕對不會再入住 We don't need any compensation, only care about our precious time. I’d never stay here again.

地點靠近羅馬車站很方便，早餐豐富，但房間感覺殘舊及空調不夠。

the main disatisfaction is that there was one problem after the other with the tv. never connected. Had them adjust it at least 4 times.Even when asked [pm staff] ..didnot show had to go down a second time. This is reason i probanly would not stay herr. i got the sense they knew about it because when i said room they were expecting it

Staff were really friendly, they sent us to Ariston hotel, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was quite good — close to the train and metro stations, and also within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city

Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kommt von dort überall hin. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer welches uns sehr gefallen hat, einzig das Bad war etwas klein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Falleg herbergi þó þau séu smá. Yndislegt starfsfólk og hjalpsamt. Þetta hótel tekur vel á móti gestum sínum. Allt mjög snyrtilegt og til fyrirmyndar Takk fyrir mig

Långweekend med tonårssonen. Helt ok hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt. Lugnt på hotellet... Läget mer praktiskt än pittoreskt, men väldigt bra med närhet till tågstation och tunnelbana...

Super fint hotel, god service, central placering

Great place to stay in Rome. Close to restaurants and walkable to many tourist spots. Great staff and lovely rooms

The hotel does not have an airport shuttle as stated in the description. The elevator (lift) is VERY small. It’s about the size of a bathroom stall. There was a step down in our room that had no caution or warning sign. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Most of the staff were friendly and the neighborhood odds walkable.
