呢間酒店看似很舊，但是不殘，非常整潔，早餐頗為豐富，最驚喜係大堂經理走嚟炒蛋煎煙肉俾我哋食。最大嘅缺點係check-in要行一層樓梯

The hotel located 5-10 mins from the train station. However, it is 500 years old building that the lift is on 2nd floor. You cannot expected it is a modern hotel but most of the hotel at Florence with this price range are the same and nothing to compliance. Please prepare yourself if you are carrying 30+KG luggage and have to walk to the lift >_<. Other than that, all are good and as per described by others. The breakfast is good. My price is not the best as my friend booked locally is cheaper.... >_< Well, they don' t have much room so you have to make a choice...

セルフチェックインをしようとしたら、選択項目がなくほてるにメールしたら、ホテルでチェックインできるから問題ないと、すぐ返事をくれたり、チェックイン、アウトの対応も良かった。 朝食のお世話をしていた女性もとても感じが良かった。 エアコンがないのがネックで、夜まどを開けないと暑く、虫が入ったり、通りの音がうるさかった。

Embora antiquado oferece instalações confortáveis, banheiro pequeno mas funcional, localização muito boa, vários restaurantes de boa qualidade nas vizinhanças, principais pontos turísticos acessíveis a pé. As pessoas mais idosas talvez não gostem da escadaria na entrada e do elevador que comporta 1 só hóspede.

La verdad su peor tema son las escaleras, si eres joven aun no será un problema pero si tienes alguna discapacidad será un tormento. Los de recepción fueron amables hasta cierto punto, un trato diferente con nosotros siendo Mexicanos que con los demás siendo europeos, fuera de eso, no me gusto que el check out fuera tan temprano y el check in tan tarde. Espero que pueda mejorar en un futuro.

El hotel es excelente por su ubicación, los servicios y el personal que atiende. Todos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte y orientar. Muy recomendable para los viajeros!!!

Excelente localização, quarto ótimo para o padrão comprado, equipe solicita e eficiente. Café da manhã ok. Tem escadas. Indico e com certeza volitaríamos.

Hotel tem localização excelente, a 3 minutos de caminhada da Igreja de Santa Maria del Fiore, staff do hotel foram super atenciosos e alegres. Nos presentearam no quarto com um vinho frisante delicioso. Recomendamos muito o hotel e com certeza voltaremos.

Good location, nice staff, but very normal room facilities.

Close to square and daily excursions and within walking distance to some great restaurants. I chose breakfast option with booking with Expedia but the desk person said we were not entitled to breakfast. It was a little embarrassing when approached as making a plate. Other than that, it was enjoyable stay.
