Looked after well from start to finish. Friendly staff from cleaners to concierge. This was our third visit to Venice and would stay here again.

First of all, the breakfast was delicious. Everything was walking distance especially to San Marco. The hotel staff was very kind. They spoke both Spanish and English. The hotel room was nice and we had a nice view of the streets of Venice. We would definitely go back.

The hotel was very good! The staff is super kind and helpful (I don’t remember the name of the tall guy with glasses but he is the best!).
The room is very comfortable and the location is perfect!
Only thing I would recommend to change is the shower cabin seal, because some water leaks out to the rest of the bathroom.

The staff and the location are excellent and I would stay there again. The only thing extra that would be nice is tea / coffee facilities in the room or access to the breakfast room just for tea / coffee in the evening after a full day out. The location and the staff are superb, and they can provide a breakfast box if you have to leave earlier which was excellent.

The staff at this property were very helpful and kind. You can’t ask for a better location. It’s a 2 minute walk to the square. The only downside was that we were on the 3rd floor and the room was really warm so we opened the windows at night. We were not aware of the mosquitos and woke up to numerous mosquitos in the room and we had multiple bites. The staff provided us with repelling machines and a fan to help the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to St Marks Square (only one minute walk away). Rooms were good, spotless
bathroom and cleaned every day. Excellent continental breakfast. Very helpful staff. Near shops and restaurants. Could not fault it. Excellent value.
