離火車站非常近，服務人員非常親切、友善，免費幫我升等房間，更加舒適,值得再次到訪

很好，乾净，近地鉄火車站，很方便。不過只有一次性的杯子提供，也沒有燒水壺，最好自帶

有問題email過去給他們，他們都會很快回覆／步行可達競技場，步行馬上就到地鐵站／附近有超市／可請櫃台推薦周圍餐廳／check-in時櫃台人員主動提供一張他們自己設計的地圖，很詳細的向我們介紹景點、地鐵、公車，後來發現在羅馬時這張地圖滿好用的／早餐位置少，有時需要排隊一下／客房很乾淨／房間裡wifi比較弱

地點很近車站，交通方便，但是入口非常難找！冷氣還要另外付錢，最後也要再收城市稅（歐洲很多這樣），很老舊地藏在大樓當中，整體來說cp值不高

The hotel is located near Termini Roma. Great location and convenient transport. The building is a bit old but the hotel room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

飯店的地點距離特米尼車站很近，附近也有許多餐廳跟超市，客房乾淨，早餐ok!

一出火車站往麥當勞左邊巷子進去直走幾個block再右轉就到了，樓下便是一家餐廳。一進去熱情的櫃台人員便詳細介紹設施以及市內觀光地圖。客房寬敞舒適乾淨。回家有免費咖啡可以喝真好，房間的設計讓夏天不需要吹冷氣也十分涼爽呢！

After a trip to the south of Italy, I returned to Rome and lived in the same hotel. This time, the hotel allocated a quite room not facing the busy street. It is much better. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the central train station. Again, staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is facing the street and quite nosiy. Need to close the window and switch on the A/C (A/C fee was waived by the hotel). Staff are friendly and helpful.

1) positive: class - it is a high class hostel, comfortable with no classy, it is just occupied a storey of a old building, very tidy toilet+room and home feeling. 2) positive: attendants are nice. 3) positive: with a two pax passenger lift, no need to drag yr luggage, much better than many geninue hotels nearby. 4) positive: so near 500m to the Rome station 5) Negative: toilet bowl surrounding is so narrow, why to put a oversized washing basin? 6) positive: good to store some luggage 7) negative: no control on the stored luggage 8) negative: check out time 10am should be reminded during checking in.

The hotel is well located and family owned. The service was excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend if you want a quiet and intimate relationship with the people who own the property.

This hotel is not far from all there is to do in Rome. It’s about 2 blocks from the main train/metro station. The staff here is exceptional. They messaged well before the trip to be sure we had what we needed to make our stay memorable. They assisted with directions, advice, and a take-away snack when we missed breakfast for an early day at the Vatican. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We will recommend this to our friends.
