The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious although the bed was quite firm. The AC struggled but it was very hot outside! The beach area was great…chairs and umbrellas to rent. There was a lack of open restaurants in the area, this may be due to the time of year? Adjoining area appeared quite run down with a lot of trash which is unfortunate.

We stayed for 9 days 2 suites ….for 3 days my sons room was 90 degrees… he has asthma they kept telling us they fixed and did not… only helpful person in the front desk was Marika the rest of the front desk staff couldn’t be bothered… we had to get really angry just to get a fan… after 3 days they moved his room and had a crew working…. I will never recommend after spending almost $5,000….

The hotel is totally remodeled and modern, staff is professional and kind, private beach is fabulous,the water is crystal clear and area has so much but surrounding area needs work. That being said the local folks are very friendly, no pretentiousness. Family friendly area too, and very affordable.

Our room was nice and comfortable with a lovely view out to the sea. It was a modern room I believe recently upgraded. All the staff were wonderful particularly Marika who checked us in and helped get us a taxi from the station. We enjoyed a drink at the bar but being March it was quiet. Breakfast was lovely.
