this property was great for smooth check in and easy access when you get to venice. the rooms were nice and venitian style. however the a/c is poor and that is unacceptable in italy and for a three star hotel. at least provide fans. it cost a few hundred dollars to fix please dont advertise as a place with ac if you dont have it.

Väldigt fint hotell nära till parkeringen så man snabbt kan landa i venedig. Rummen var stora och fräscha. Gillade den moderna tuchen på en gammal byggnad

I recently stayed at Hotel Palazzo Martinelli Dolfin and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully restored historic building with elegant interiors that capture the charm of Venice.The rooms are recently renovated, very clean, and the bathrooms are spotless — which made the stay extra comfortable. The location is a huge plus: it’s within easy walking distance to the train station and many of Venice’s main landmarks, which made exploring the city super convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Venice.

Had a perfect stay

We were told that we would get a code to check into our room after 3. We waited until 5:30-ish and still no code. I called and spoke to a lady with a crying baby in the background and told her we were sitting at the property waiting for a code. She said she would check and call us back. We never heard back from her, so I called again and she said that she had sent the email earlier, I told her again we never got an email, and asked if there was any way she could resend it. Still crying baby in background. She finally agreed to resend as we had been sitting at the property waiting and waiting to check in. Things went smoothly after that. Very nice, clean rooms! Missed our breakfast due to having to leave early bc of train strike…no refund on that….

The hotel is about a 8 minute walk from the train station. There is an elevator which is nice, and a place to store luggage. We had no problem with the Smart hotel experience. Breakfast was nice. We loved the large bed and ample lighting in the room.

Very clean attractive room and convenient eating area. It would be helpful to have a local map to show walking directions from last stop of People Mover cable car to the hotel.

Skønt ophold i nogle fantastiske, smukke, højloftede værelser. Centralt beliggende og alligevel i et stille område ud til en rolig lille kanal. Hele familien nød opholdet og den store gæstfrihed hos vært og personale. Sød og imødekommende hjælp fra personalet ved morgenbuffeten, som serverede friskbrygget skøn espresso. Gode tips til seværdigheder og aktuelle oplevelser i byen serveret via WhatsApp til morgenmaden. Rigtig god idé med relevante oplysninger.

I loved how close it is to train station and a lot of cute restaurants near by.

Beautiful rooms

Venise a été magique.si vous n avez pas d accueil demandez à avoir numéro de code pour porte d entrée et chambre la veille de partir et le lien pour payer taxe de séjour, sinon c compliqué. Rome très bien aussi, différent , mais à faire. Avec le métro c facile d accès.
