We booked last minute online and when we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm it was locked up and dark with no number to call. Thank you so much to Vishnu from Hotels.com who contacted the owner. She was a lovely woman who greeted us at the door and ensured we were given an upgraded balcony room facing the sea, given keys for the exterior door and showed us where we could eat dinner with apologies for not meeting us upon arrival. The room and breakfast area are filled with antiques from The families time in the home. Parking is free, but difficult yet to find on the street.

Host was outstanding offsite parking was easily accessible only a minute from the hotel and it’s a prime location for all the sites. Wonderful stay.

a real gem we could not have been happier from beautiful breakfasts on the rooftop overlooking the sea-- to excellent staff-- felt like I was at home. If I ever return to Girardini Naxos this will be my home away from home

There were two of us and each bed had only one small pillow. We used to have a nice big fluffy pillows so we did not sleep very good. Also, the beds only had sheets on them and we had to look around for some blankets. Finally the air conditioner wasn’t working very good and the guy came up to try to help us get it to work and said it was working, but it really wasn’t.

Chef and waiters were brilliant

Huone erittäin siisti. Tarvittaessa siivous huoneeseen joka päivä. Aamiainen oli omien toiveiden mukainen. Henkilökunta erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Huomiota herätti Hotellin ekomyönteisyys ja esimerkiksi tuotteiden, kuten hedelmien hillojen, hunajan ja viljatuotteiden osalta, kaikki tuotettu läheltä ja ekologisesti.

Outstanding hotel over looking the water I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice hotel on the water and close to restaurants and shopping

The room had a terrible moldy smell. We tried to open the door to the balcony to air the room out but the noise level from the street was unbearable as well. I woke up with a terrible headache from the smell. In the morning I discovered it was mold as it was present in the bathroom. The shower wand would not come on as the knob was jammed and the water was not hot. It was a lukewarm shower. The bright side of the hotel was the breakfast with a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace.

Rooms were very clean, staff were very professional, the out look straight into the beautiful sea was there 24/7, just a beautiful place to stay, nothing was a problem. By the way the laundromat was close by, very handy. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast in a picturesque setting on the rooftop. Convenient location with bus access to Taormina and walking distance to Naxos restaurants. Sandy beach in front of the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly doing everything they possibly can to make your stay even better than expected! Some traffic noise outside especially in the morning- but overall the experience was great and we definitely consider coming back!
