Very friendly staff, historic building, comfortable room, nice location

是個建築體很老的飯店，很有歐洲風情，早餐還不錯，有個小露台，位置距離共和廣場及聖母百花聖殿都很近，離車站也不遠，房間床很舒服。

地點離車站很近 服務人員很親切

我们住的是3人间，3张单人床，酒店按我们的需求安排了。但是房间在单独的一个拐角的顶层上，位置很偏僻。最重要的是房间有一股霉味！地毯有霉味！酒店的设施有些老旧。特别是窗户，还是老式的窗户呢。不过早餐那间房还是很不错，有震撼感的。早餐种类不少。酒店服务还不错，早走的话提供早餐盒，还有转化插头。本来想体验一把所谓的怀旧古典酒店，但是酒店设施确实有些旧，还是住新的好！

Hermosa cafetería, lugar muy lindo, decoracion muy agradable

The property was rather quaint, old fashioned, room doors were opened with a key and upon leaving every day was asked to leave it with the receptionist. It was clean and tidy, The staff were super friendly and actioned all my requests with a smile. There was four complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. The hotel is in the centre of Florence and only couple of minutes from Duomo. The only negative point was the noisy A/C which I turned it off at night time. Should i return to Florence, I will stay there again.

Hotel precioso en pleno centro, a 5 minutos andando de la basilica de Santa Maria. Muy bonito por dentro, con unas habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Además, tiene opcion de desayuno buffet por 8 €; y por las tardes se puede tomar café gratis de la cafetera. La terraza, eso sí, es algo pequeña y sin vistas particularmemte bonitas. No obstante, el comedor es precioso. Muy recomendable

Excellent hotel for family stay and proximity to the station and attractions. Enjoyed the services provided by the hotel staff.

Absolutely loved staying here and would do so again. We did have a rental car, and missed the one parking spot the first time by, but called the loop back an adventure! Worth the money for the parking, as they take care of the paperwork, that allows you to drive in the ZTL zone to get to the hotel. We got upgraded, so that was a pleasant surprise. The room was large, by European standards. The staff were amazingly helpful. The breakfast was worth the €10. There was a couple of bottles of water in the fridge, in the room, that were included. You could also get drinks in the breakfast room throughout the day. The location was perfect for walking all over.

Great location and very authentic Parisian style hotel. Lovely rooms, large selection for breakfast and wonderful patio courtyard to eat breakfast at.

The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful.

Amazing with an amazing staff and great hospitality. Couldn’t have been any happier with how they treated us during our two night stay.

Our room was really large and fun to stay in! This hotel used to a palace. I believe our room may have been a former living room, as it had a large fireplace in it!

Ich bin viel in Hotel unterwegs aber der Service der Hotelangestellten im Hotel Paris war einer der besten, den ich bisher erleben durfte. Die Mitarbeiter and der Rezeption waren extrem zuvorkommend und haben sogar noch einige Extrawünsche erfüllt. Ansonsten sagen die Fotos des Alles. In einer so alten, von Tradition geprägten Stadt ist das Hotel Paris in seinem "traditionellen" Stil die perfekte Wahl. Viele der Zimmer haben beeindruckende Frescos an den hohen Decken. Meine Frau und Tochter haben sich gefühlt wir Königin und Prinzessin in diesem Hotelzimmer. Ich kann das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen.
