Equipe muito boa!
Todos simpaticos e atenciosos. Fizeram toda a diferença na minha viagem, pois eu estava sozinha e eles me passaram muita segurança. Todos se fazendo entender em qualquer lingua.
Mas o mais importante foi que me deixaram guardar as malas no hotel antes e depois dos checks para poder aproveitar melhor a cidade.
A equipe realmente fez toda a diferença!

From the start of our stay everything was smooth, easy, clean and friendly.
We arrived nearly 2 hours early and were able to check in to room ready for us.
We stayed for 4 nights had our room freshened up each day. The fridge was well stocked for an optional fee per item at reasonable prices!)
We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and were very happy with the whole room and facilities!
The guys on reception were super helpful and friendly and gave us a great recommendation on our first night for dinner near by (Hespresso) with 10% off the bill!
The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to parts of Rome, we reached the areas of the Colosseo & Trevi Fountain within 15-20 minutes.
We look forward to returning to Rome one day and will happily return here!

The site of the hotel is convenient. However, it is not spacious enough and much smaller than I expected. The wall of the room also cannot prevent the sound caused by other rooms from transmitting to my room.

I reserve the best lowest,room,but the hotel ,is using the best room newest room pictures,on the cheapest room rate,i was thinking i was going to see the same nice room i see in pictures when i arrived at hotel,but not the room was poor,old,bot A/C,not elevatoraldo to 5 floor!! ,,elevator goes just to 4floor and then,you need to go up on foot by stairs with luggages,not nice

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war im 5. Stock (unrenoviert). Am Morgen um 7 starteten ohne Vorwarnung die Renovierungsarbeiten - an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Lage super, direkt an der Metro und auch zu Fuss schnell am Bahnhof bzw. Touri-Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein nächsten Mal würde ich ein Comfort Zimmer (renoviert) nehmen!

Clean large room and large new renovated bathroom. Staff very helpful with recommendations, storing bags, providing playes and cutlery, ice and could not fault the room. Close to walk to all areas collousem, Vatican Spanish steps and Trevi fountain

Localização excelente, principalmente para quem chega de trem pelo Roma Termini. É possível visitar quase todos os pontos turísticos a pé. Para um três estrelas está muito bom - aparentemente foi reformado há pouco tempo. Café da manhã muito completo, recomendo!

We were in a level 5 room, which was not pictured in the advertisements - the lift only goes to level 4 so we had to then walk up stairs, the level 5 rooms are also not renovated/updated and I think due to that the cleanliness wasn’t the best - but it was a 3 star hotel. I felt our room was 2 star. The staff were friendly and helpful though and we liked the location!

Location is a 10 - 15 min walk from Termini train station and about 5 from the Repubilca Metro station.
Buffet breakfast available for 10e with a selection of breakfast items.
Street can be noisy at night.
