Wonderful hotel with v helpful staff. Helped us to arrange a last minute local tour to the Amalfi Coast. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of variety. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful lobby which looks even better than on photo. Very attentive and responsive service including contact in advance by email. Delicious and impressive breakfast. Decent location.

Excellent location

Hotel Plaza was an amazing experience. Literally 200 metres on flat from Piazza Tasso. Sky bar & pool were a fantastic surprise! Rooms were cleaned twice a day - one big clean and one refresh of swim towels. Breakfast was more than substantial; everything from bacon to fresh fruit to salmon to bread. Cannot rate hotel and staff highly enough.

We loved this hotel. All staff were superb. Matteo and Cinzia were so helpful. Loved the Sky Bar and pool- great place to relax and recharge after a busy day. So convenient to the shopping and restaurants. Would visit again!

Super clean room, comfy bed, great Air Conditioning! The included breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Location was perfect, just steps from the main square, shopping and restaurants. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. They even arranged (on less that a days notice!) for a tour of Pompeii that picked us up directly in front of the hotel. They also arranged for a driver take us to and from the airport and the service they used was wondeful. My only complaint would be that I would have liked an extra outlet in the bathroom for my flat iron. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location , just a few mins walk to the Piazza , plenty of restaurants , cafes and shops close by. Hotel is clean , staff are nice and friendly . We had a fantastic stay here.

The hotel is located just about a 1 minute walk from the center of town. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Service was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Sorrento

We had a pleasant stay at The Plaza Hotel. The location is fantastic, and the rooftop amenities really stood out. The sky bar offered stunning views of Sorrento, and we were especially impressed by the service; Christiano and Marco were both friendly and attentive, making our evenings up there even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool was a great way to cool off during the hot afternoons and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Our only real complaint was the size of the room as it was quite small considering the price point. Still, the overall experience was positive, especially thanks to the excellent staff and beautiful rooftop features. Would recommend, especially for couples or solo traveler’s.
