Postiv: - Einwandfreie Internetnutzung - Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal besonders an der Rezeption. - Täglichen Zimmerreinigung. - Große geräumige Zimmern. - Zimmer frisch renovierte und moderne eingerichtet. - megagrosser Bett. Negativ: Umgebung ziemlich außerhalb und abgelegen außer die schöne Burg keine andere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das Hotel punktet mit einer wunderschönen Lage und einem herrlichen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore – schon beim Aufstehen ein echtes Highlight. Die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr sauber, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ gut und frisch, könnte jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung bieten. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich willkommen fühlt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Fijn hotel niet te groot. Lekker ontbijt en goed centraal met mooi uitzicht op het meer.

Riktigt bra hotell. Supertrevlig personal. Vi hade en ”svit” med loft. Till den hörde en fantastisk veranda. Men alla rum såg ut att ha balkong. Frukost avnjuts på takterrassen med utsikt över sjön. Kan inte komma på något dåligt med hotellet!

Great receptionists, super kind and friendly. Comfortable room BUT with no window and this was not specified when I booked and the manager also was not particularly nice either

Checkout is early, latest by 10.00. And if you check out right after breakfast, you can no longer borrow the bicycle, despite the 500€ waiver you just signed and the fact that the bicycle was reserved for you until noon.

Hyggeligt mindre hotel i den rolige by Angera. Tæt på søen og udsigt fra nogle af værelserne. Dejlig terrasse til morgenmaden.

Lovely location and fabulous reception - Sofia was extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms were not huge and the air con units were noisy however the breakfast and the view were outstanding! Would visit again!

Tres belle découverte pour cet hotel posé au bord du lac Majeur. On cherchait un hotel simple proche de l'aéroport. Comme les tres proches etaient tres chers, on a choisi cet hotel qui est à 20km de Malpensa et ce fut un Super choix . Les photos ne valorisent pas assez la qualité de l'hotel

Pas de parking sur place Mais parking gratuit à 10 mn à pieds.petits déjeuner possible en terrasse avec vue sur le lac

Hotel 3 stelle di ottima qualità, ben inserito nel contesto cittadino e con vista sia sul lago che sul castello. Ottima anche la colazione.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and included breakfast. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Lake Maggiore but stay in a quieter town than Stresa.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this hotel, they setup everything for us in a perfect way. The staff is very pleasant and friendly.

Had a lovely stay got a room upgrade with a lake view and balcony, lovely room view was amazing. Great breakfast eaten on the balcony looking out over the lake. Would definitely recommend and return. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

The Hitel Ponti was extremely modern and clean for Europe. We were sad we didn’t have more time in the area, but we had needed a place to stay before catching our flight the next morning in Milan. It was located across the street from Lake Maggiore, in such a quaint and beautiful little city. It accommodated our family of 5 adults very comfortably. The beds were a little hard, but the rest was clean and nice
