海神酒店

Eines der besten Urlaubshotels in dem wir je waren. Unser Zimmer lag auf der Meerseite, daher konnten wir unsere Ruhe und die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, die Freundlichkeit des Personals einzigartig, insbesondere des Maître und des Bademeisters, Das Essen ist hier vorzüglich, sowohl von der Qualität her als auch der Vielfalt. Es hat sich nichts wiederholt. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, auch der Strand war sehr sauber, das ganze Gelände äußerst gepflegt. Die allabendliche Live-Musik hat uns überrascht und gut gefallen. Dabei kann man auf der Terrasse vor der Bar den Abend genießen und den Tag bei einem Drink ausklingen lassen. Ein Wermutstropfen: Der Zimmerschlüssel war eine Karte, den man im Zimmer in einen Schlitz stecken mußte um die Klimaanlage zu aktivieren. Dummerweise kann man deshalb die Air-Conditioning nicht durchlaufen lassen, sodaß man bei der Rückkehr niemals ein angenehm temperiertes Zimmer vorfinden konnte. Wer empfindlich gegenüber Klimaanlagen ist, hat also gelitten. Außerdem: Für Einkäufe oder Ausflüge läuft ohne Fahrzeug nur wenig. Übrigens gibt es hier sehr wohl einen Lift.

Hotel eccellente, perfetto logisticamente, praticamente sul mare, complimenti a tutto lo staff, nessuno escluso, per la disponibilità, gentilizia, qualità del servizio e ottima cucina. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Personale accogliente e gentile. Pulizia eccellente. Abbiamo dormito in una dependance, si consigliano le zanzariere e l'ampliamento della wifi poiché assenza di rete. Prezzo camera un po altino!

I booked the hotel months before and was very specific if I could bring my border collie. I always inform whenever I book of my pet so I can decide if it will suit my needs. They were able to reply on my inquiry stating that yes my dog is accepted and there will be a fee of 10€ a day in additional. I accepted and finalized my booking. On the day of my arrival, the reception was shocked and said the dog was bigger than they thought. Apparently, they replied without checking what the breed was and also mine is female so its smaller compared to males. Anyway we were requested to have her in leash all the time which i understand and accept. However, the next day after my breakfast buffet, we were approached and informed that we will have to be eating outside the gigantic hall from that time onwards because someone complained that they have an allergy. We were seated in a corner and my dog was trained to sit under the table where we are dining. I wouldn’t feel too bad about it if they had informed me beforehand that dogs are not allowed everywhere except for the lobby and the room. If i knew I would have booked a different hotel. It was not a vacation I dreamed of and I felt discriminated by how we were treated and how the other guests started to stare at us. BTW, they decided to create the new regulations specially because of us. The seem more concerned on profits than guests. The only thing that made our vacation a bit nice were guests who loved my dog and greet her everyday.

Das Hotel war geschlossen!!!! Nur durch Zufall sahen wir einen zettel mit dem Hinweis auf Hotel Ferretti. Ferretti ist sehr gut&nett

Semplice ma tutto nel migliore dei modi. Subito ci si sente come a casa. Ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare con spiaggia privata e piscina. I pasti sono davvero ottimi qualità ottima e sapori del vero sud. Le camere sono grandi pulite e con tutto il necessario. Personale gentile educato e pronto ad esaudire i vostri desideri. Da due giorni pianificati alla fine abbiamo chiesto se possibile rimanere un altro giorno perché davvero ci si sta davvero bene bene. Sicuramente torneremo in questo piccolo paradiso di relax. Ci si sente come a casa.

Check in was easy. There was parking which was not always the case in most hotels in Italy. Marco was so nice and bubbly showing us our rooms. Even though there was a language barrier we could understand each other. The hotel was conveniently located near our local family in Diamante and the wedding venue. Loved how beautiful the beach was at the hotel. Each room gets an assigned umbrella at the beach. When visiting family again, we would definitely stay here.

Buongiorno ho prenotato un soggiorno presso questa struttura, appena giunto sul posto ho scoperto che l’hotel Poseidon è chiuso per lavoro e solo dopo aver chiesto informazioni nelle vicinanze ho scoperto che le prenotazioni presso l’hotel Poseidon vengono spostate all’hotel Ferretti nelle vicinanze, senza che fossi stato avvisato in alcun modo, questo non mi sembra corretto, ho comunicato la situazione anche ad Expedia che mi ha risposto di non sapere nulla, e continua a prendere prenotazioni per una struttura chiusa. This property is CLOSED! Arriving at 10pm in the dark after driving 2 hours to find an abandoned property is beyond scary. It's dark, no lights around, no people. Take this off your site.

the Hotel is on the beach and off busy roads.

Small and very cozy hotel in Greek style located just by the beach. Small pool by the bar and only 25m to the sea. Sun beds and umbrella included for guests at the hotel. Some rooms with a nice view at the sea. Stunning sun dawn. Only negative was that both the road and the rail was very close.

Ett mindre hotell med gott om personal där alla var vänliga och trevliga. Tyvärr talar ingen av oss Italienska och att kommunicera på Engelska var svårt eller omöjligt för de flesta av personalen. Byggnaden är av lite äldre karaktär utan att vara särskilt gammal.Badrum och vissa faciliteter skulle behöva renoveras för att möta hotellets kvalitetsklassning. Vi bodde på den översta våningen och tyvärr gick inte hissen hela vägen upp utan vi fick ta trappan en våning upp. Hotellets läge är mycket bra, direkt mot egen strand och med en mindre pool. Vi hade ett rum mot havet och blev aldrig störda av bilvägen eller tågen. Vi åt frukost och middag på hotellet i 5 dagar och var helt nöjda med mat och bra service. Fri bilparkering och det var aldrig något krångel med att hitta en parkeringsplats.

Ottima esperienza. Peccato che non c’é servizio navetta per chi viaggia senza macchina. Sicuramente andrei un’altra volta (con la macchina peró)

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti in questo fantastico resort, che dire...è stato tutto magnifico a partire dalla location sul mare, alla gentilezza dello staff, alla cucina veramente ottima! Super consigliato :)

Bellissimo hotel posizionato fronte mare in località Belvedere Marittimo con piscina privata, spiaggia privata con ombrellone e lettini, prima colazione abbondante e buonissima, ottima la pulizia delle stanze, personale professionale, gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole visitare la bellissima riviera dei cedri.
