Good location, helpful staff. If you drive, don't use GPS!!

Cet hôtel a une note de 9,2, "merveilleux". J'ai donc réservé en confiance une chambre double (même pas une chambre "économique"), et je me suis retrouvé dans une sorte de grand cagibi sombre donnant sur une arrière-cour, bien loin des photos présentant les chambres doubles - pour 113,50 euros, tout de même. J'ai demandé à changer, mais la dame de l'accueil, fort peu aimable, ne m'a proposé qu'une mini-suite (pour le coup très bien), évidemment avec supplément conséquent. Bref, certaines chambres ont l'air nettement mieux que d'autres, pour dire ça comme ça, et l'accueil est détestable.

Hotel superbe, très bien positionné, super services, pétit déjéuner correct et frais. Tout est à proximité, environnement calme et sûr. Chambres propres et bien entretenues. Surement conseillé

Lovely place in old town Reggio. Close to shops, restaurants, GELATO and train station. Definitely recommend.

Great choice. Location could not be better. Great ambience. Very good breakfast. Only point for us was that air con could have been cooler (it was exceptionally hot when we stayed)

This was our second time staying at Hotel Posta having stayed there for three nights in 2016. We were accompanied by my Sister and her husband this time, as we loved the area and the experience that Posta offered. After our second visit we can not in all good conscience give one of our favourite places to stay in Italy a five star review. So many things have changed from our initial experience. The breakfast offering is underwhelming compared to 9 years ago which for us is a big deal. We’re big breakfast early dinner while traveling. The hotel itself is gorgeous, inside and out, but it appears a lack of maintenance might be creeping into the rooms. Our shower was slow draining on day one, and in spite of my digging into the drain did not drain while we had our final breakfast while there.

This is a beautiful old historical hotel, immaculately looked after. The staff are very helpful, breakfast is good and varied and it’s right in the centre of town. This was my second stay and I suspect I will be back for a third.

Hotel favoloso, la posizione ed il palazzo sono invidiabili. Il personale è gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni richiesta; le camere sono fantastiche, spaziose ed arredate con gusto. Tutto bellissimo.

Perfect central location, accommodating and kind staff, the staff speaks Italian and English and gives good recommendations for places around town if you ask, I would definitely stay here again

Ótima localização. Atendimento excelente.O quarto andar não tem elevador. Quarto amplo mas não tem janelas o que gera um desconforto. O banheiro é grande mas o box é com banheira perigoso para um acidente. Estacionamento no próprio hotel com valete.

Unique historic place. Excellent breakfasts. Beautifully maintained. Historic balance production in countryside.

Great breakfast, clean, near everything. The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to manage. The shower didn’t have any grab bars for an older person.
