We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The thing we enjoyed the most is the cleanliness of this hotel.
Next, is their staffs. Everybody is very nice and helpful. Specially, Mr. Savio (front desk), he is very nice, courteous, helpful, willing to help us on everything. Thank you Mr. Savio. Also 2 ladies at the breakfast room, very nice and helpful.
The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, metro, and many restaurants. Shopping stores are around the corner. Very convenience.
We will definitely stay at Potenza Hotel again next time we are in Naples.

Todo el personal es encantador. Nos ayudaron mucho en el hotel e hicieron que nos sintieramos en casa, a pesar de que estabamos lejos de ella y hablamos otro idioma diferente al italiano. Las habitaciones también son muy buenas: limpias, espaciosas, buena ventilación, cama muy comoda (se duerme muy bien) y con aire acondicionado. El hotel está en la zona perfecta para todo tipo de actividades porque está en el mismo centro.
El restaurante del hotel lo recomendamos al 100%. Comida casera, muy buena, muy buen precio, gran cantidad de comida, un descuento por dormir en el Hotel Potenza y un personalmuy atento.
Realmente, vamos a regresar al hotel, nos encantó.😁😍

Good size room, but it is small. The location makes it a great place to stay and that’s good enough. Good size bathroom. It wasn’t clean but it also wasn’t dirty. It was good enough for what we paid. Don’t have high expectations.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The thing we enjoyed the most is the cleanliness of this hotel.
Next, is their staffs. Everybody is very nice and helpful. Specially, Mr. Savio (front desk), he is very nice, courteous, helpful, willing to help us on everything. Thank you Mr. Savio. Also 2 ladies at the breakfast room, very nice and helpful.
The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, metro, and many restaurants. Shopping stores are around the corner. Very convenience.
We will definitely stay at Potenza Hotel again next time we are in Naples.

Good location, clean room, ok staff. I had to ask a few times to replace the tv remote and the wifi was down the last evening. Phones in the rooms were down the whole time, making it difficult to contact the reception.

De kamer was ruim genoeg en netjes en het hotel ligt centraal gelegen in Napels en bij het station. Ontbijtbuffet is simpel. Wel jammer dat de kleine koelkast stuk was. (30 graden)

Hôtel bien placé (quartier historique et transports en commun). Il dispose de prestations satisfaisantes avec une déco/mobilier pas moderne mais pas vieille non plus.
Le petit dej est léger: seules les patisseries locales font l'affaire, pas de pain frais, pas d'œufs, pas de produits de la région (fruits, confiture, miel, fromage, légumes).
Ma chambre disposait de lits simples dont la large était bien trop petite pour un adulte normal (un enfant peut être). La climatisation dans la chambre n'était pas satisfaisante (à 27°C).

We had a nice stay here for 3 nights. Room was basic but adequate. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and well serviced. Location was excellent, right by the Napoli Centrale Station. Great for Pompeii and an easy bus ride into Chiaia and Old Town. Breakfast was simple but enough. Would have liked a kettle in room with tea and coffee. Can recommend Fedele 2.0 next door for a great dinner!

Friendly and helpful staff. On the main square but quiet inside. Limited facilities but lovely rooms. Bar next door for food and/or drink, meant didn't need to go far, which was good if arriving late (as in all cities the area around the station can be a bit intimidating)
