旅館整體及房間空間都是小的，但蠻溫馨的感覺，接待處的男士們都很友善，房間兩小床，一個梳妝台，兩個床頭櫃，浴室也很小，淋浴間會有點小滲水，有對外窗，晚上還算安靜，沒有夜生活的吵鬧，重點是離梵蒂岡博物館非常近，走路不用10分鐘，一早去聖彼得大教堂排隊入場，絕對早早通關，附近的聖天使城堡機台伯河邊的夜景也很棒，唯一的缺點應該是吹風機不好用，希望可以改善。

The service is good with nice breakfast. The hotel is really close to Valtican Mususem and St. Peter's Basilica, within 10mins walk. If you want to visit other scenic points, it is also convenient to take buses or metro. I do enjoy the stay.

Excelente lugar, céntrico, cerca del Vaticano, estaciones de bus, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa y calzado. El hotel es un lugar acogedor, incluye desayuno, lo cuál es un plus. La limpieza me encantó porque sin fallar fue diaria, mantenían todo bien limpio y organizado. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y en unas próximas vacaciones me volvería a hospedar.

The location of Hotel Prati is excellent; it is close to many good restaurants, the Vatican, Ottaviano Metro station (for access to Rome Termini station and trains to the airport). The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and the included breakfast was generous and very good . The room I had was cosy, clean and nicely decorated. I would stay there again.

The location is very good. It is very close to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. In via Crescenzio where the hotel is located there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and if you want to do some shopping. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive and the cleaning person does it very well. It is a simple hotel, well located well in a safety area. Normal Italian breakfast, bread, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices

Front desk was helpful and friendly in coordinating after my airline lost my luggage. They also helped arrange a taxi when I left. The breakfast was wonderful! And the room was very clean

Very nice place, in a walkable location to all the attractions & walkable to the train station.

Overall service from the front desk was very good. Breakfast wasn’t great. Not really nothing to eat except croissants. The room needed upgrades very badly. The area was excellent as far as everything within walking distance for restaurants, shopping. My overall experience being in Italy for the first time was great. I will be back to explore other parts of Italy.

Excelent location, and fresh fruit at breakfast

Disappointing experience. I booked this hotel as it had air conditioning, but was then told they don’t turn it on until June. When I asked them to turn it on earlier, the owner complained that I was the only one who wanted it (each room has their own controls and if others don’t want it on, it being on in my room won’t affect them at all). The room is small and with no fly screens on the window, you will get mosquitos in the room if you open it for air. The toilet seat was broken throughout my 8-day stay and never fixed. Beds are uncomfortable. Great location if you want to be near the Vatican or Castello San Angelo. Breakfast was fine - continental. I won’t be returning, so they need not worry about me asking for air conditioning again.

Nice staff, gorgeous building, marble everywhere and decor is nice. The breakfast is actually as good as you'd get somewhere in a nearby cafe. You can leave your luggage in a room before or after check-in and check-out. However, if little things such as small imperfections in floors bother you then it's not a place for you, head to Marriott. Cleaning ladies are very helpful and joyful. Electric only works when you insert your room key into a pocket by the door. You are asked to leave keys at the reception when you go out. My guess is pickpocketing is out of control in Rome and it's better this way :-)

Staff very helpful. Fillipi made sure his replacement for the end of his shift was ok because he was not feeling well. I say this is because when staff care for each other then you can tell how they will treat you.

Quarto muito bom, banheiro bem pequeno, box de banho minúsculo, difícil de tomar banho bem apertado.

The location is very central-close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s square. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. The room I stayed in was slightly bigger than a closet. I’m not even sure if the blanket was changed? It had an unpleasant odour, although the concierge downstairs was kind enough to give me a new one. Stay here if you can’t find anything else and you value a prime location, but if you’re willing to walk or take surface level transport, there are plenty of better value and cleaner hotels elsewhere.
