Nice hotel

Good people,

This hotel is amazing. Location was amazing. My room is small and I didn’t have many stuff that I brought with me so it was perfect. If you have big luggage it could be a problem. Also shower space is small not for heavy set people.

Vue exceptionnelle, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très chaleureux et arrangeant pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Amazing location. Good check in. Some rooms old and tired no windows. Requested move to better room. Water supply on fourth floor a bit unreliable. Rooms clean bed linen clean but blankets not appreciated. O really the most wonderful spot and sensible pricing makes up for a few shortcoming. Recomended.

Amazing well connected location. Run down old hotel. Not the cleanest. One of the three receptionists we talked to was somewhat rude.

Excellent location, staff and breakfast!!

Take this review with a grain of salt. I realize this is Venice and my standards being an American are very different. However, there were positives and negatives. The hotel was very clean. I booked two rooms. My room was big but very old furniture, dingy not like the pictures, however the bathroom was completed updated and very nice. The second room was more endearing, furniture was nice but the bathroom was very, very old. The area is extremely touristy and noisy, however, you do have a nice view of the Rialto Bridge. Would I go back to this hotel, no, but it wasn't too bad.

Was ok, but water supply kept getting air locks mid shower / teeth brushing... spoit the stay. Food was good and the room the normal funky venice style.

The hotel is in a very centralized location with easy access to a lot of shopping and restaurants

What we liked -- Excellent Location. Very close to everything - Shopping, Taxis, Food, Gondola, Attractions. Staff is very professional. What we did not like -- Hotel -- Too Old and needs lot of improvements. They will need to remove the chandeliers from already cramped rooms. They must remove the antique bookcases and shelf's from the hallways, they must remove the padded cloth wall paper, it stinks with all the smell. They must repaint the whole building, paint peeling off. Hotel has dark decor and has maze structure inside. With crowded places all over, it looks like a Ghost place, good for Halloween. Finally, they can eliminate the free breakfast. No need for it.and it's cold/continental. Having said that, I will still come to this place for it's location.
