I've got a room with a bit of sea view. Location is right next to the water bus station.

good staffs and service . I love the style and furniture in the room. And the buffet breakfast is excellent and the best compared with other hotels in my whole trip. But the twin room is a bit too tiny. I think the price is reasonable for this hotel.

Front desk was kind of rude, and didn’t seem to care. Dated hotel. The breakfast that was included wasn’t very good, but the restaurant staff was accommodating and hustled. I felt that maybe because I booked on Hotels.com and was American, that I got treated badly. View on Venice was great! Location was great.

Very frustrated by lack of response from property when we messaged regarding questions about parking. It was identified that parking was available at the property....upon messaging we found out it was two spaces located blocks away. When we tried to book a spot/inquire where it was located we received no response. Given we had no information we had to return our car days early as we weren't sure we could secure any parking. Disappointing experience

The rooms were clean and floor cleaned every day well. Unfortunately, the staff at reception were not fluent in English, so that you could not communicate properly. On the day of departure or a promised lantsch package not deposited. We had discussed this with an employee two days before, especially since we still had breakfast on the day of departure. Unfortunately, the possibilities to dry the things are missing when you come from the beach. Too bad

Initially I thought I had messed up as I didn’t book a hotel in Venice, yes I know now that this is a small island about 20 mins away from the hustle and bustle when I realized it was to late to change and let me tell you genuinely BEST mistake I’ve ever made. This hotel is so beautiful, it’s in a great place and you are able to easily travel between here and the main tourist parts of Venice. I really needn’t of worried. 10/10 for everything apart from the mattress in the room my side of the bed was a little lumpy but I dealt with it.

Hotel is just in front of Lido boat station, the 'Chatelet Les Halles' of Venice, 15 min of St Marc at any time day and night. You are also at 10 min walk from the beach (Lido island is the only place with a beach in Venice) for a morning run, a paddle or catamaran rent before going back to St Marc for dinner?.. What else?.. as would say George : the view on Venice old center from the room at sunset or sunrise..?😁 After a long day into beautiful old crowded streets, you can enjoy many nice bars and restaurants around the hotel in large boulevards or places, and even go to beach bars and restaurants, all of them full of Italians, not tourists! But please keep it for you!..
