It is near to the station. The room is ok but as one of us need to sleep sofa bed and not a real bed. It is a bit disappointed. I travel with my husband and two teenage girl. The breakfast is adequate and staff of where we hv breakfast is nice and friendly.

飯店離火車站大約六七百公尺, 算很方便, 附近有蠻多小店賣飲料和飲用水, 飯店整潔度很好, 整個感覺都還蠻新的, 服務人員也都很親切, 網路也算是還不錯, 速度ok, 我是住景觀房, 房間很大, 床也算舒適, 整體而言很舒服.

Great location and great staff! Very quiet!

Stayed for one night and was fine for what it was. Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. A few things that weren’t as great however, the room was really hot and aircon didn’t work or just blew out hot air loudly. If you’re unlucky enough, like us, to have an inward facing room the window opens out onto a dirty smelly courtyard. And also despite the breakfast being free, there wasn’t a great amount of choice, especially for vegetarian diets. Great for a night but wouldn’t stay for any longer

The cleaning at the room was poor. And the breakfast has limited menu.

The property was good and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and always welcoming. Breakfast had a lot of good options. The room had mosquitoes but not too bad.

It was steps away from spanish steps and trevi fountain

The location was great and very walkable but the hotel itself seemed old. We had to turn in our key every time we go out and pick it up everytime we come in…

Charming hotel, but what's more important is the Hotel Staff, incredibly professional, caring, accommodating, and helpful. I love the old boutique feel to it; to open the door, you need a key, which was great. It's located near all the attractions within a 10-15 minute walk. The Breakfast was incredible, I will be dreaming about the various croissant varieties, the coffee machine the hotel provided made amazing cappuccino and expresso. There's different thin slices of meat, cereal, fruits, pies, eggs and sausage - for Americans :). Different kinds of juices. Everything you need to start your day. The room was clean, AC is strong, had to turn it down as it was too cold, the dark out blinds was great to block out the city lights and the morning sun. When we walk in and saw a bottle of wine and there were beer, soda and water in the refrigerator we thought we had to pay for them, turns out it was included. We were pleasantly surprised. We were with other families and they too loved everything about this Hotel. Looking forward to going back to Florence and staying at Hotel Roma

Massima professionalità e gentilezza alla reception. Camere nuove e pulitissime. Molto comoda la vicinanza alla stazione di Firenze SMN e alla tramvia. Qualche rumore che proviene dalla piazza durante la notte, ma gli ottimi infissi quasi azzerano il problema.

only the location is okay. the toilet makes so much noise every time it’s flushed and takes time to refill the breakfast is not as appealing as it says on the review. we did not enjoy the stay but Florence is great!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Before arriving, I sent multiple emails with questions which were answered promptly. The room was spacious for a European hotel, and the bathroom was modern. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety, and the food was delicious. The only complaint we had was that the beds were too firm, and the pillows were flat.

The check in went smoothly with no language barrier. The extras in the room were exceptional from toiletries, to snacks and beverages to the complimentary bottle Of wine.
