Amazing location. So clean. We got upgraded for free!!! And they gave us a free bottle of wine!!! Even despite that, we would 100% stay there again if we are ever back in Florence.

This place was perfect! Quiet hotel right in the heart of downtown. My husband and I were able to walk from the train station without any problems while pulling our luggage. We walked everywhere, never needed a car or taxi for that matter. Cute and super clean room. Very comfortable! Would definitely stay there again!!

It is near to the station. The room is ok but as one of us need to sleep sofa bed and not a real bed. It is a bit disappointed. I travel with my husband and two teenage girl. The breakfast is adequate and staff of where we hv breakfast is nice and friendly.

Hotel great location. Foyer beautiful room clean however mosquito problems in room spoilt our stay. Staff aware and provided plug ins. Didn’t resolve so poor sleep.

The location was very good and the property was well maintained. We did not like we had to turn in our key each time we left the property and had to get it from the front desk when we returned. They didnt ask for id, you just told them your room number and they gave you the key. When I asked how they know its the right people, they laughed at us. For women traveling alone this is not the best situation, it didnt feel secure at all! Next is the water pressure, the shower barely trickled water and it took an hour to fill the bathtub to the level to take a bath. The room was spacious. It was nice to have the automatic blackout shades which helped keep the room cooler. The a/c was just ok, not amazing. The property is charming but I won't stay there again.

Stayed for one night and was fine for what it was. Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. A few things that weren’t as great however, the room was really hot and aircon didn’t work or just blew out hot air loudly. If you’re unlucky enough, like us, to have an inward facing room the window opens out onto a dirty smelly courtyard. And also despite the breakfast being free, there wasn’t a great amount of choice, especially for vegetarian diets.
Great for a night but wouldn’t stay for any longer
