This hotel photo shown there is kettle but in the room there was nothing.

Room was in good shape, modern and up to date. Washroom was also new. Cleanliness was very good and the beds and linens were comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Location was also a five minute walk from the train station and from the Flix Bus terminal. Easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in and out.

Hotel is entirely clean and staff were great. More than enough choices on the provided free breakfast.

We booked a double and got twins. Bed flipped over and broke while my husband was sleeping. He landed on top of me the first time . We thought it was a fluke , lifted it and it happened again . We mentioned it to the front desk and they brushed it off . I have a photo but can’t post . It was completely flipped on its side .

Staff was helpful;. Good location to train station and port for cruise boarding. Hotel was dated and required updating.

Voor the price per night this hotel offers too little. No bar or dinner options. Tea and coffin in the lobby. Breakfast is good but simple. This hotel is NOT for people with a disability although this is advertised. There is a stair elevator to the first floor, but all other rooms are not accessible without walking at least 15 steps. Also the elevator is not accessible without walking steps first, and the breakfast restaurant is also not accessible without taking at least 15 steps.

The rooms are very big. Kind of old fashioned but that is charming. Staff was not in a very good mood.

Board under mattress makes mattress slide all the time. Dark room and can not open windows or shades. Not handicap accessible property for breakfast or getting to your rooms. Front desk older man extremely wrinkled and tanned with lines across his neck of not being tanned was very impolite. Was yelling at a housekeeper and yelled at me also.

Front desk older man was very rude.

Very well positioned hotel in a very nice area close to the train station and 10 minute walk to the port

Hotel bien situado, muy cerca del centro, tiendas, restaurantes, parquing cercano a pie, de los pocos hoteles que aún tienen bidet y eso me encanta, desayuno correcto y variado.
