If we could give this property 10 stars, we would! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect and much more than we were expecting. Our stay was the first at this hotel and our first visit to Italy. We really didn't know what to expect other than what is posted on their website mixed with the on-line reviews we found. No issues or complaints from me and fiance, and we shall make the Hotel Roxy Plaza our go-to for not only our visits but also family and friends that are planning to visit the beautiful country of Italy!!!!

El hotel está bien en general.Es estilo clásico y está bien situado.Me gustó el personal y la limpieza y que tienen detalle de dejarte agua y cafetera.Hay nevera en el cuarto.El desayuno lo vi correcto.Hay que tener en cuenta que la salida es a las 10:00h, pero tampoco es un gran inconveniente.

Siamo alle solite: bellissimi avvisi nei bagni a dimostrare l'impegno per la sostenibilità ambientale ma poi nei fatti zero.
Gli asciugamani contrariamente a quanto scritto vengono sostituiti tutti i giorni anche se correttamente riposti al loro posto.
Utilizzo di flaconcini monodose per il bagnoschiuma al posto di un dosatore ricaricabile

Pulizia della camera da migliorare, polvere e peli. Nessuna indicazione e attenzione agli allergeni a colazione. Gli alimenti del buffet erano privi di indicazione di cosa fossero, risultava necassario chiedere al personale di sala che forniva indicazioni approssimative e imprecise (frutti di bosco scambiati per cioccolata)
