要自己拿行李上樓 浴室偏小 地點很好

全屋污糟邋遢，冷氣漏水全屋濕晒，廁所板破爛的，廚房用具污糟邋遢，廚房用具污糟邋遢，陳舊不堪，收咁嘅價錢，簡直係騙子，滴漏式花灑，廁所冲滿屎味. Hotel.com你係唔係應該要回水俾我呀？

We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.

The room was nice and comfortable very convenient to attractions.

Staff were friendly kind and accommodating of all religions.

I didn’t expect that I booked the entire apartment which is so great. Because we are a party of five. The house was clean, classic style that I love very much. The buffet was great. The cappuccino machine broke, but the staff was so efficient and served the guests an alternative cappuccino. But be aware that the buffet charges 12 euros per person. But the options of food are great and for me they are healthy options. The staff were great too. Definitely recommend this place for those who will travel to Venice.

Chambre Rococo sympa. Spécieuse. Hôtel très bien situé. Proche des principaux points d'intérêts. Si arrivée tardive, il n'y a pas d'accueil. Il faut aller dans un autre hotel pour récupérer les clés. Pas d'ascenseur Bien isolé mais bruyant à l'intérieur.

L'alloggio era molto vecchio, disordinato e poco pulito. Gli arredi in pessime condizioni. Inoltre, una parte del corridoio ed una delle due camere erano invase da un olezzo di fogna. Abbiamo fatto presente alla reception il problema il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo, si sono mostrati sorpresi ed hanno proposto un'alternativa che prevedeva di cambiare alloggio la sera prima della partenza. Abbiamo rifiutato la proposta perché non volevano fare e disfare i bagagli, quindi ci è stata offerta colazione gratis il mattino successivo. Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia del personale e la disponibilità a risolvere il problema, ma restiamo perplessi rispetto al fatto che non sapessero di questo odore terribile nell'alloggio, sicuramente causato da un problema strutturale o di impianto, quindi certamente non nuovo.

Receptionist was rude. Phone not working. Shower door wouldn't close.

Although we stayed in the Anex building (in the anex itself) the staff were super helpful and welcoming. The room itself was as you may expect in Venice, on the smaller side but it was a perfect location to explore from, just be warned if you book the (cheaper) anex room it is up 3 flights of stairs and the final set you may have to tuck/crouch up and down them.

Indeed best hotel ever I stayed in Europe ,Worldclass awesome staff headed by Leizel and Franco , great ambience near the grand canal …..Can’t wait to visit them, highly recommendable near to shopping center and walking distance to Passat San Marco …. Kudos it’s 6 star for me.

Sono molto sensibile alla gentilezza e alla professionalità del personale e qui ne ho trovata tanta. L’hotel è a 2 passi da San Marco e Rialto, lo consiglio.
