要自己拿行李上樓 浴室偏小 地點很好

全屋污糟邋遢，冷氣漏水全屋濕晒，廁所板破爛的，廚房用具污糟邋遢，廚房用具污糟邋遢，陳舊不堪，收咁嘅價錢，簡直係騙子，滴漏式花灑，廁所冲滿屎味. Hotel.com你係唔係應該要回水俾我呀？

We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.

Quarto de tamanho grande para os padrões de Veneza. Hotel com boa localização e tudo limpo e arrumado. Importante dizer que este hotel não possui uma recepção, sendo necessário fazer checkin no Hotel Bella Venezia que fica a alguns passos de distancia do Hotel San Luca. Não chega a ser um incômodo, mas quaisquer necessidades da recepção você terá que caminhar entre um edifício e outro. Me cobraram um adicional pelo café da manhã, embora minha reserva garantia uma café. No meu entender essa confusão toda de hotel sem recepção e tal prejudicou o entendimento das cobranças feitas pelo hotel e pela hotéis.com. Banheiro de tamanho razoável, com boas instalações. Hotel sem elevador, obrigando você a subir 3 lances de escada. Com uma mala pesada e algo a se pensar. Com certeza outros hotéis oferecem melhor comodidade que este pelo mesmo preço.

O que se destacou foi o café da manhã , maravilhoso , o quarto era bom , a equipe super atenciosa , a limpeza muito boa . O banho bom a dormida maravilhosa , eu recomendo muito .

La recepción no estaba en el hotel, sino en el de al lado. El desayuno estaba en el otro hotel.

When we first arrived in Venice, we followed the directions to the hotel location, but when we got there, there was a sign telling us to go to a different location. This was very confusing, and we couldn’t find the hotel at first, only to realize it was listed under a different name. The receptionist was nice and explained they own several hotels. After checking in and paying, we were then told that our apartment suite was in another building about a 10-minute walk away, which we were not aware of beforehand. When we arrived, there was no elevator, and we had to carry three large suitcases up four flights of stairs. The worst part was that there was no hot water and the heater was not working. We stayed during the cold season, so the apartment was freezing. The phone number they provided didn’t work most of the time and went straight to voicemail. When we finally reached someone, we had to wait over an hour for maintenance. The water and heater would work during the day but would stop working after 10 PM. This happened both nights we stayed there, and we had to bundle up in our clothes and even buy extra blankets to stay warm. At checkout, I told the receptionist about our experience and hope they fix these issues so future guests don’t have to go through the same situation.

Le personnel est adorable. Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix autant en sucré qu'en salé (merci !) avec une large plage horaire appréciable de 7h30 à 10h30. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal pour visiter.

We stayed here in an annex apartment for Christmas. It’s a 5 minute walk from Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our family of two adults and two children with two separate rooms.

We booked the apartment on the third floor with balconies and view to the little square below. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge and San marco square. Spacious, charming with an old Venice vibe, clean and warm during cold winter days. Checking in was great and the staff at hotel was kind and attentive. We tried the breakfast too and it was delicious and well put together. Recommended!

The room was nice and comfortable very convenient to attractions.

Staff were friendly kind and accommodating of all religions.

I didn’t expect that I booked the entire apartment which is so great. Because we are a party of five. The house was clean, classic style that I love very much. The buffet was great. The cappuccino machine broke, but the staff was so efficient and served the guests an alternative cappuccino. But be aware that the buffet charges 12 euros per person. But the options of food are great and for me they are healthy options. The staff were great too. Definitely recommend this place for those who will travel to Venice.
