La struttura e molto vecchia! Nessun ammodernamento. Non ci ritornerei. Il personale molto gentile. Deludente!

Personale cortese ma struttura pessima rimasta agli anni 80

Posizione ideale, tranquilla e vicino alle spiagge. Nella camera la doccia era con una tendina precaria, non c'era una cabina doccia

Hotel comodo, non molto distante dal centro di Forio. Buona la colazione, molto cortese il personale. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Hanno tentato di farci fare il check in alle 14 anziché le 12. La struttura è vetusta ed estremamente malandata, e non avendo alcun servizio di portineria notturna e tranquillamente accessibile a chiunque...Assurdo !!! Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente

No safe facilities so we had to carry passport etc all the time. Balcony door did not close securely. Reception often not manned. The inside of the hotel was very clean but outside lacked care and attention, however pool was clean. No proper bar facilities as did not serve wine and on some occasions had no beer.Did not seem to be open on an evening. Hotel quite a walk from the town but near to beach. Breakfast was a good variety of continental dishes.g

L'hotel n'est pas entretenu. Deux fois il nous a ete impossible d'ouvrir le volet roulant. Un matin en se levant, coupure d'eau general, douche, toilette, retabli une heure apres.Pas de pain tous les matins au petit dejeuner, que du pain de mie.

Ottimo albergo per la relazione qualità/prezzo. Collazione ottima, personale molto gentile, vicino al mare con discesa pedonale. Piscina interna piccola, ma confortevole. Piscina esterna ottima. Siamo stati molto bene e torneremo sicuramente. Very nice place to stay! Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel!

Buongiorno ho soggiornato in quest’albero per una notte, la struttura anni 70 e nessun ammodernamento alle camere che per di più sporche e vecchie per non parlare del bagno che nel 2018 trovare un bagno così in una struttura pubblica che per di più paghi è davvero inverosimile. La doccia non ha né tenda ne una cabina ma c’è un buco sul pavimento per far scendere l’acqua i rubinetti sono arrugginiti è difficile da aprire. Al mio arrivo ho chiesto al portiere se uno potesse mai soggiornare in una condizione così pietosa , lui mi ha risposto che dal sito c’erano le foto ma vi assicuro che le foto sono altra cosa pertanto provvedere a fare i vs accertamenti perché vi assicuro che non è bello trovarsi in situazioni del genere. Sarà mia cura scrivere personalmente al direttore di tale struttura perché se si paga bisogna avere uno standard che almeno rappresentanti quello di casa tua e non credo che in casa si possono avere ancora toilette cosi . Inoltre all arrivo anche l ascensore era rotta mi chiedo una persona , magari invalida come avrebbe fatto lo avrebbero fatto salire in braccio ?

Hotel with so much potential but I would not recommend. First the positive: the location is great and the view is marvellous; staff are very friendly and helpful; the pool area is nice. However the rooms are very small, the furniture is old, shabby and broken; the bathroom is small and not practical- the shower is directly over the toilet and there is no shower try or curtain; the plumbing dates back to the 70s and I've never heard a tap make so much noise in my life! Also all of the windows were broken and didn't shut properly. It's a shame because this hotel could be lovely with a bit of investment.

Come già scritto su valutazione che mi avete inviato in precedenza la posizione dell'hotel e periferica al centro di Forio, buona per chi deve andare al mare perché vicino, per me è stato buono perché vicino alla struttura dove mi sono recato per lavoro. Però in camera mancava il phon, un frigo, la doccia con scarico diretto a pavimento senza una tenda di protezione e quindi acqua dappertutto, l'ascensore non funzionava (dicevano che era in manutenzione) ma in 4 giorni che sono stato non hai mai funzionato. Non c'era nessuno nella hall già dalle 22,00 e comunque per tutta la notte (tipo bed & breakfast). L'hotel in generale necessita di manutenzione. Buona la colazione e la piscina anche se con molti lettini rotti e/o vecchi che andrebbero sostituiti, non c'è possibilità di pranzare o cenare, convenzionato con ristorante che dista lontano dall'hotel il quale mette a disposizione una navetta ma con orari limitati (si parte alle 19,30 e si torna alle 21,30 per la cena). Comunque ha spazi enormi un piccolo parcheggio e si trova in zona molto tranquilla. Wi-Fi disponibile solo nella hall che del resto e senza area condizionata e vi assicuro per il periodo in cui sono stato era quanto meno una sauna come del resto la cassa di scale che porta alle camera una stufa. Personale ridotto al minimo indispensabile.

First impression was not good. Booked 5 nights in advance for half of year. In some reason, we did not get a room here when we come. But we were lucky, when manager send us to another one, 4*. Thank so much for that! We spend 4 wonderful nights in hotel Villa Carolina and only 1 night here. Now I can compare two hotels. This location is not perfect. Far away from central beach, 10 min walk to nearest beach by trail. Central beach is more beautiful. But this location is perfectly close to botanical garden. Wonderful possibility to visit that English style park. About food. Only one restaurant we found around, good for lunch - Restaurant de Sciavica. Grosery supermarket nearby in 5 min walk. Other eatable places hours was not work for us. To get this hotel - 5 min walk from bus stop both ways. We came from Ischia central port by bus (1.5 euro ticket). Breakfast was good in both hotels. Enough food if you are not picky.)) Anyway, there is nice view from this hotel to mountain, we really enjoy to look. Kids like big pool of hotel. Plenty seats around. But it closed at 6 pm, what made us upset. I really wanted to cool down before sunset. Stupid rule. Condition of our room was terrible. Honestly, like in 2* hotels or less. Everything what we touch was broken. Only one plug in bathroom.)) Stuff is ok. Try to be helpful, but English level is not enough to understand. My conclusion - next time I book the hotel Villa Carolina directly, or other hotel in Forio.

proche de tout centre ville, plages. Chambre avec magnifique vue sur mer et terrasse trop bien . Belle piscine. petit déjeuner correct. Après ce n'est pas le grand luxe biensûr, mais pour le prix c'était parfait. On reviendra sûrement.

Frühstück sehr dürftig, Ausblick vom Zimmer klasse, Pool okay, Einrichtung sehr heruntergekommen, unangenehme Mitwohner im Zimmer, Tür und Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen

Good sized room but fixtures and fittings were dated and worn. Hot water temperature and flow difficult to control in shower. Room was dusty and floors were unclean. Air conditioning good. Pool was nice size and temperature OK. Breakfast was basic and they ran out of fresh bread every day, had one evening meal which was very disappointing. Staff were rather miserable and not really interested in customer service. Lots of good places to eat in Forio. Path from hotel to beach and promenade to centre.

abbiamo passato 3 bellissimi giorni bellissimo posto tranquillo e ospitale

se non ci fosse stata almeno l'aria condizionata funzionante sarebbe stato una condanna..

albergo vicino al mare con una fermata bus vicinissimo, personale gradevole tranne il proprietario credo, un albergo tranquillo struttura accettabile ma io mi accontento di poco, politica dell'hotel un po strana ma se volete spendere poco e stare vicino al mare e stare in tutta tranquillità potete andare per bambini o ragazzi non c'è nulla
