The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly

Leider, niemand spricht Deutsch! Es fehlen Informationen ueber Bus- und Zug- Abfahrten und Verbindungen. Wir haben erst per Zufall erfahren, dass es in der Stadt auch Zugstation gibt!!!

Bien situé , parking proche de l'établissement . Le centre historique à 5 minutes à pied et tout proche de la meilleur Pizzeria de Perouse . Très bon restaurant sur place .

The hotel is next to the entrance to the Rocca Paolina, It is a no frills hotel including the room. The room had a balcony with a view, the bed was comfortable. The best thing at the hotel apart from the balcony was the pool, which is in the basement although the usage is not complimentary.

We stayed 7 nights at Sangallo Palace Hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was a good size. The location was very convenient, close to the escalators into the city centre. Breakfast was good with a good selection of cold and hot food. The room was refreshed quickly everyday. We missed having a kettle, iron and glassware in our room. We would have liked to have used the pool and gym but they are both additional costs which is very strange when you are paying to stay at a hotel. You also need to wear swimming caps in the pool. We did not eat at the restaurant. The menu looks good but it is in the same location as breakfast is held, which lacks atmosphere. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Silenzioso e tranquillo

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in occasione dell'Umbria Jazz Festival. Struttura pulita, buon servizio di colazione e posizione strategica vicinissima all'area principale dell'evento e al centro storico

Hotel disponibiliza estacionamento pago porém distante. No geral tem boas instalações. Localização razoável, há ótimas opções de restaurantes com acesso a pé, se estiver disposto a fazer uma boa caminhada.

Alles war sehr gut, unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The AC was not very effective, esp. on our side of the building, getting the full blat of the afternoon heat. Having to pay for the use of the pool and fitness centre sucks big time, it is supposed to be s 4 Star facility and I expected free use of pool and gym..😪

Interesting that you gave to pay to use the pool!! Not listed when booking this hotel- the pool being a key reason

Great hotel, located within walking distance from the city centre. The hotel has a good gym which can be used. Parking at the hotel is very convenient if you want to rent a car and visit different places. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

Great location for being close to the escalators to visit the top of the city. There are no restaurants around the hotel and the bar in the lobby is tiny and was never opened. The breakfast buffet was great for one special reason...as an American I drink coffee and they let you fill a carafe of coffee for you table. No getting up and refilling a tiny coffee over and over. I would stay again
