Excellent experience

I enjoyed staying here. Beautiful view of the sea and Cefalu from the north-side rooms. Restaurant/bar on site makes up for the distance away from Cefalu and other dining options. I found the pool area to be exceptional, and the room was nicely appointed. My only complaint is the small shower. As someone who is 6’3” scrubbing down was a little tight. Otherwise great hotel, friendly staff, beautiful views.

Amazing view of the Aeolian Sea when you get the balcony room, totally worth it!!!

Positive Hotel is wonderful to with a great pool area good parking and good access to Cefalu providing you like a 30-40 walk (like we do) Negative The hotel is in much need of new management Service was non existent. (Not that it was necessary for me) Instructions on breakfast, pool use, time for gate locking at night (important if you are returning walking from cefalu) unclear Pool furniture not well kept and covered in bird poo The hotel location and amenities mean it could be so much better with proper management overhaul That said it was superb for our requirements and I would stay here again as the price was very competitive

Vi boede tre nætter på dette hotel, som vi valgte primært pga. pool. Vi kommer dog ikke igen. Hotellet var slidt, sengen til de voksne var hård og puderne ukomfortable, og pga. en dør i væggen til værelset ved siden af, var det som at dele værelse med familien derinde, da vi kunne høre snak, hoste og skrigende børn. Personalet var dog lydhøre for mulighed for at bytte til andet værelse. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke noget særligt og for os lå hotellet for langt fra byen i forhold til at gå med to små børn (ikke hotellets skyld, vi kunne have undersøgt).

Belle piscine, chambre vieillotte mais grande, propre et confortable, belle plage privée. Petit déjeuner buffet de très mauvaise qualité mais on trouve de quoi se nourrir…

La struttura è vecchia, almeno l'ala dove abbiamo soggiornato noi. Il ristorante che dicono a buffet è tipo mensa aziendale di bassa qualità. Molto deludente. Un po' meglio la colazione. Personale gentile ed educato

Val hotell var utifrån pris, what you pay is what you get. Men bra plats, bra frukost, bra strand att gå till, den som tillgör hotellet är stenig.

Stay was good

29,5 grader på rommet ved ankomst. A/C fungerte etter hvert. Bassenget krever badehette og dette bør opplyses om i forkant. Lite utvalg på frokost.

Sorry to say a very negative experience at Hotel Santa Lucia Le Sabbie d'Oro. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our 4 star expectations. The hotel lacks a modern ambiance, and the staff was not friendly or service-minded. Additionally, the rooms experienced issues with plumbing, which is definitely disappointing. Even after requesting a room change, the second room had a distinct tobacco smell, which is unpleasant for non-smokers. Furthermore, our first night was disrupted by noise from neighboring rooms, which is unacceptable for a peaceful stay. It is regrettable that the hotel did not offer any compensation for these inconveniences. Regarding the location, having a train passing outside your window makes it far from a quiet and serene environment. If you are seeking a 4-star experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed with the hotel. On arrival looked very modern. Inside very old and worn and brown. Reception not very welcoming, room very old fashioned but very clean. A long way from the town and to walk along by the sea 102 steps to negotiate, walk of approximately 2 miles. Bad experience as our son wanted to send up a bottle of bubbly for our Anniversary but was told no one of our name was staying there. We brought this up with the manager and he was most apologetic and offered us a free meal as compensation. Breakfast very boring the same every day and staff were moving tables for the next meal whilst we were still eating. Overall very disappointing stay

We stayed four nights - two of the nights the hotel hosted big parties on the lawn below our room. One night was a bit noisy while the other (seemed like a 18 year birthday) had a DJ that was extremely noisy from 9 - midnight. If you want to be a family hotel - that is just not the way to go....

La struttura e posizionata bene a piedi 20 minuti da Cefalu che è spettacolare X il servizio di pulizia buono mentre X il servizio colazione cena e pranzo da rivedere orari assurdi X mangiare e non sono professionale uno si aspetterebbe anche del cibo del posto ma niente X me la cucina e sei ma sono buono X il resto 8
