绍泽酒店

This hotel is very nice, but pricey. The room was comfortable, clean and with a nice view. The location is perfect: 200m from the main chairlift and about the same distance from the city center. Personnel was kind and keen. Breakfast was good. However, we were three adults in a room that was clearly for two people (at the most two adults and a kid). One big queen bed and a small single bed almost attached to the main bed. A bit annoying considering the amount of money spent.

Traditional hotel. Rooms too hot. Staff really nice. Mix up at reception are payment booked through expedia not sure who's fault. Location good.

Really lovely room with modern bathroom and excellent views across the mountain. Although close to amenities also really peaceful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety on offer and a chef to cook your eggs. Staff are very accommodating and cannot do enough for you

This hotel is lovely! It is in a great location for town, restaurants, nightlife and skiing. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The bar and drinks are brilliant. Breakfast is exactly what you expect and more for a continental buffet, we were offered omelettes as extra. If you miss breakfast there seemed to be free croissants near reception which was brilliant pre ski. The only reason I've marked it down slightly on cleanliness was because we slept in some mornings and therefore our room didn't get cleaned. Also, it was quite noisy and you can hear anyone getting up early or coming back late. Overall we loved our stay and plan to go back. Thank you Hotel Sauze

Ho soggiornato il 19 dicembre in occasione del Vialattea trail. La stanza era priva di bidet. In realtà c'era ma era inglobato nel water, scomodo da usare e poco igienico. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto in un punto davanti al hotel di nessun intralcio. Più volte ci hanno detto che la posizione non era ottima fino a dirci espressamente di spostarla perchè la domenica mattina alle ore 7,00 sarebbero arrivati i fornitori e avrebbe potuto essere di intralcio. Hanno rafforzato spiegando che alle volte ospiti delle camere sopra, gettano oggetti dalle finestre. Appena messa l'auto nel parcheggio a pagamento, il posto è stato occupato dall'auto nuova degli albergatori sino al mattino successivo...... Due ore dopo la partenza mi telefonano per dire che si sono dimenticati di ritornarci le carte d'identità. Chiedo di spedirle con raccomandata. Nonostante una telefonata di sollecito, ad oggi 4 gennaio non sono arrivate. Esperienza da dimenticare.
