We stayed because of it's proximity to the Palazzo Dello Sport (easy walking distance), for a concert.
It was very near a busy road and it took us a couple of days to work out that walking maps avoided these main roads.
We were about 11k from central Rome but once we realised, the distance to the Metro station was only about 10-15mins away, along the main road and there was a regular bus. Travel was reasonable.
The hotel itself was reasonable for what we used it for.
Staff were friendly and the room clean & beds comfortable. Well stocked with toiletries & complimentary products, including slippers.
Price very good for 4 of us. We were allowed to keep the room for longer due to a late flight at short notice and for a reasonable price.
Breakfast was ok, continental style with a lot of sweet breads/pastries/cakes.
There is currently building working to increase the number of rooms and to provide a swimming pool. The gym was quite good for the size of the hotel.
Oddities for us were the tiny paper cups for hot drinks in the room. No milk (we were charged 3 Euros for a glass of milk).
The patio door in the room only had a handle on the inside so it the door slammed you could get stuck on the balcony!
It was also incredibly hot in the room (although to be fair, we could have asked for help with this).
The day before we left we also discovered a huge shopping mall (about 5 mins walk away), Euroma 2 :)
Would have been ideal to have written information in the room to help navigate.
