The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great but you could hear everything from the other rooms. I heard one guy snoring all night, a lady talking till 1am, and a television. I couldn't sleep from all the noise.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful and peaceful! A perfect boutique hotel. Small and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. Great breakfast too. Everything in walking distance! 5 minutes walk to the Basilica of St Francis. Highly recommend this small but superior hotel!

Way too many stairs to carry luggage, room was barely ready at 3pm, you could hear everything, from people on the street below, to staff preparing breakfast at 630am. Clean and safe though.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming and efficient, making our late-night check-in seamless and pleasant. Our rooms , were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with minimalist decor and high-quality furnishings. The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the provided toiletries and linens were comfortable.

This place is very nice, the room was clean and modern, I loved every single thing inside the hotel, the breakfast was good and at a good price, the parking lot was close and at a good rate and the receptionist was ver nice and helpful, she spoke Spanish and that was a plus A+ for her.

hotel 3*** ,ma ne vale molto di più! piccolo ben curato , ben arredato. Eccezionale la posizione (a pochi passi dalla Basilica), immerso in un meraviglioso centro storico.
Tutto perfetto dal check-in al check-out , ottima colazione, pulizia perfetta, camere ben arredate con ogni confort.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pococos metros de la cripta e iglesia de San Francisco. No es apto para pesonas que tienen problemas de mobilidad porque tiene muchas gradas.
