Hotel a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, zona tranquilla, camera pulita e in ordine. Esperienza positiva. Mi è piaciuta molto la vista dal terrazzino della mia camera al quarto piano.

The hotel is very well located, small and very cosy. We were there with children and the staff was so nice with them even if they were a bit loud. The hotel is charming and very cute with a lot of garden and outdoor space where you can relaxe and enjoy a glass

We were able to find street parking within a block of the hotel. Close to the beach, but not on it so it's quiet and not crazy busy on the beach. The beach is just 2 blocks, it's really a wide boardwalk with lots of shops, cafes, fine dinning, etc. The beaches (Lidos) are private where you get a umbrella and beach chair (w/ sun shield for your head) for a fee. The showers, lockers for a fee, with a cafe/ restaurant and snack bar. This hotel has a deal with one of the Lidos but I don't know if that applies in high season.
Our room was spacious, small bath, deck overlooking the city and view to the North.
Continental breakfast included and the restaurant serves dinner that includes anti-pasta etc. We ate one dinner there and it was very good.
This is a multi generation family owned hotel and knows how to care for their guests. Would definitely stay again if return.

Tutto molto bene. Posizione comoda, camera essenziale e pulita. Unico appunto che posso fare è sulla pressione molto bassa dell’acqua calda. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. La colazione abbastanza varia e interessante.

Stanza piccola ma indubbiamente ben organizzata. Ventola del bagno molto rumorosa, ma non fastidiosa: si accende e si spegne con interruttore. Doccia ampia, comoda, le guarnizioni sono leggermente consumate, quindi esce un po’ di acqua, ma non si annega, tantomeno si scivola. Letto comodo, cuscini sottili. Armadio, sedia, scrivania, bidet, ecc tutto quello che serve, c’è. Zona tranquilla e nello stesso tempo strategica. Non ha ristorante ma a 1 minuto a piedi c’è un’ottima pizzeria. Colazione nella media, abbastanza varia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, fa sentire accolti.

Personale cordiale e disponibile, ok la colazione, ben rifornita, peccato per la prenotazione “parzialmente vista mare” che cosi non è stato, avevamo camere che guardavano l’interno e non appunto la vista mare. Non ho detto nulla perchè il soggiorno è stato breve anche se mi spettava quanto prenotato ma svegliarsi con altra vista non sarebbe stato male.

Albergo strategico situato all'interno e quindi tranquillo per chi vuole riposare ma vicinissimo al mare e alla passeggiata. ottima colazione e personale molto gentile e disponibile. nei periodi alta stagione difficoltà di trovare parcheggio ma all'interno si può usufruire di un piccolo parcheggio dell'hotel a pagamento.volendo si può raggiungere anche viareggio a piedi.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr hilfsbereites Management, speziell bei der Parkplatzsuche. Gut eingerichtete Zimmer und sehr sauber, etwas ringhörig, sonst ist nichts zu bemängeln. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ansprechend und genügend.

Das Hoel war zentral gelegen. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Frühstück war perfekt. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Wände sehr dünn sind.
