Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy. Reception staff and cleaners were kind and friendly; even though the communication was tricky as I don’t speak much Italian and they don’t speak much English. Thank you Google Translate! Location is great for access to the local restaurants, shops, bus and train station. Bus is about an 8 minute walk and train about 12-15. The breakfast is a reasonable spread of pastries, yoghurt, cereal and cold meats. Could do with a bit of variety as it’s exactly the same every day. After reading other people’s feedback, I brought a travel kettle as there’s no facilities in the room.

Enjoyed 4 nights at the hotel. To be honest I literally slept there as I was out from morning till night. The room was clean and very spacious and we had a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast wasn’t the best but the coffee was good. The room did not have a kettle, I definitely think that would have made it better for me.

Fabulously large rooms with a kitchen but nothing else,great view from our room. Hot time if year and the AC struggled. Overall verygood for the proximity to the port for catching our boat.

Good location for our needs old, great view from our room, huge rooms, breakfast was a farce. Good value.

The rooms are clean and very large. We had a room with a separate living room. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. The hotel is on walking distance from everything.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not book third party. We booked through Expedia and were charged before arriving. When we did, we were given a room that the door didn’t close let alone lock or have air conditioning. When we asked to move, we were given a hotter room with no ac, and eerie noise, odd scent and filth. They refused moving us to a functional or clean room so we asked for a refund. They refused, saying we’d already ‘dirtied two rooms’ and had nothing that fit the Expedia room. I had Expedia involved, who claimed they were unable to do anything and we ended up rebooking in further Napoli, changing our whole itinerary and losing the entire booking fee. It felt utterly intentional putting us in a room with a door that didn’t even close, then blaming us for wanting to move to a safe, temperature controlled room as paid for. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else and don’t ruin your trip like we did with this horror or a ‘hotel’.

Praktisches Hotel im Zentrum von Pozzuoli, grosses Zimmer, prächtige Aussicht von der Terrasse.

È evidente che la struttura vive ancora di una gloria passata. La stanza era molto spaziosa. Il bagno era evidentemente vecchio, il bidet rotto e l'acqua calda tardava tantissimo. La cosa peggiore, però, era il letto. Senza esagerare, mi ha distrutto la schiena in una sola notte. Era un soggiorno di una sola notte ma non avrei dormito di nuovo in quel letto per nulla al mondo. Note positive: colazione nella norma, con un buon caffé (servita in camera perché ci è stato imposto, non per nostra richiesta) e il ragazzo della reception che ci ha accolto all'arrivo super gentile e disponibile.

Totalmente recomendable hotel, muy cerca del centro historico y el puerto de Pozzuoli, se puede hacer todo caminando. Habitacion grande con mucho espacio, el desayuno con una vista increible al mar, y ademas una Señora en el bar que se llama Teresa, que nos ha contado parte de la historia de la ciudad y de su vida en ese lugar. Teresa ha agregado valor a l estadia. Gracias

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel. Very nice, big, clean room with a wonderful view of the Golf of Pozzuoli. Wonderful service minded staff, that helped us out with all our questions and demands. Very nice, clean and fairly new bathroom. Especially we have to mention Pasquale in the breakfast room, that provided everything and made excellent coffee for us.

Hôtel très moyen, avec un énorme potentiel mais tout est un peu laissé à l'abandon. Chambres immenses, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la baie, personnel gentil, possibilité de descendre dans les sous-sols pour voir des ruines romaines... Mais équipement vieillot, ameublement mal pensé, petit déjeuner franchement pas bon, mal insonorisé, etc.

Absolutely awful. So noisy, we didnt get any sleep at all. Staff were rude and unaccommadating. The area is pretty awful, nothing to do there unless you want to use the ferry ports. Air conditioning unit was not appropriate for the size of room, so didnt cool the room at all. Generally felt unsafe and we couldnt wait to get out of there.

Da evitare!! Hotel datato con interni vecchi, muri con intonaco staccato, calcinacci sparsi. La nostra camera, pur essendo della tipologia superiore con vista mare, aveva la porta di ingresso logora e difettata, all’interno l’ambiente era asettico e buio, anche il bagno molto buio e senza finestra, la vista mare dalla camera era molto molto lontana. Televisore minuscolo. Il prezzo è davvero esagerato per il servizio offerto, non lo consiglio affatto. L’unica cosa che salvo è la vicinanza al porto.
