Registration Desk 5 stars House keep 5 stars Luxury property style 5 stars The only thing keeping this property from getting a 4 is the property chef, staff, and excellent customer service. The complaint is the see thru glass bathroom door, there is no good reason for this, it should be changed immediately. Also, invest in a heat pump that cools or warms room temps year round instead of one or the other.

A positive experience at this quaint hotel near Piazza del Polpolo. The breakfast every morning was well-appointed and the staff were very friendly.

We chose the hotel because of the size and quality, which did not disappoint, but we were not expecting such stellar service. Upon check-in we asked if they had earplugs available (I'm a light sleeper and neglected to bring some myself) and were politely told they did not. The next afternoon we returned to our room to find it serviced and with earplugs sitting on out nightstands. The restaurant is excellent too, we liked the breakfast so much we ate there once for dinner.

Gorgeous stay at this stylish boutique hotel. Amazing service, fabulously special breakfast service and super location in Rome. We LOVED it.

Great Location, great service

The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. The hotel was great with spacious rooms. The location was great. 15 minute walk and you were in the major attractions of Rome. I would stay here again and recommend to all.

Hotel is a wonderful Botique hotel. But the neighborhood was not ideal. The streets are very dark at night it’s not easy to walk after dark.

The hotel is located just north of the Piazza del Poppolo in a very nice residential neighborhood. The hotel is a beautiful town house with very few rooms. We enjoyed the quietness of the area very much. Service at the hotel is excellent with everybody being extremely nice, particularly the staff in the breakfast room. The room is of a good size, but the bathroom was small with little room for your stuff. We were a bit disappointed with the toiletries. In their website they show a brand called Replica (which my wife said was very good), instead you get a generic unbranded refillable containers which did not even include hair conditioner. I was not impressed with the bed or bedding but my wife found it adequate. Breakfast is a bit bizarre. There are only two very nice young men taking care of everything, that means even putting sugar in your coffee! There is no menu so as the days go by you realize that you can ask for orange juice. In all it was a good experience and these minor shortcomings did not overshadow a very pleasant stay

Great staff. Friendly and efficient. Nice room except the storage is minimal especially in the bathroom. Could easily put in one small shelf. Quiet area and you need to walk to Piazza del Poppolo for restaurants. They have no sitting area outside of the room. An elegant small hotel.

Beautiful hotel & breakfast food. We had a slight problem with our room however . we were quickly moved and we both got offered a free glass of prosecco. Much closer to the centre than we originally thought and was in walking distance. Would stay again.
