No hot water for shower

还行蛮不错的呢

這家飯店地點很方便，離Termini車站過兩條小馬路就到了。我們住3人房，房間有點小，但房務整理的很乾淨。早餐很簡單，只有麵包和優格、咖啡，自己拿著帶進房間內食用，沒有餐廳。

接待人員非常不友善chick in 完還把我們帶到隔壁巷子內比較老舊的房間然後一直騙我們說這裡比較好 比較大間，後來再我們堅持下才換回去原本的飯店大樓，然後根本比較新房間也比較大 真的很過分

飯店服務人員態度很好

Bad shower experience which only supplied low volume of water and the drainage is not fast enough. There was a full pool of water in the shower room after shower. Arranged us to other old building for accommodation under the excuse of room upgrade but we did not think it was upgrade but down grade. Air conditioning is hard to control. Location is good which js near to the main train station.

Very small washroom and bathroom, overall cleanliness need much improvement

位置好，離Termini 站5分鐘路程；房間偏小，但挺乾淨；另外每天都有免費點心麵包提供，下次到羅馬也會再次入住！

First of all, the location is great for this hotel, but the service is really nees to improve. The room is small but its ok, as we just come back to sleep and shower, but when we wanna go to bed, we discover the bed sheet is seperate by two. And without blanket, just a cover for the bed only. We asked the hotel staff we the bed sheet is seperate by two and the staff just said: whats the problem for this bed. I have lived in different hotel before, but never tried this kind of bed sheet, and I asked them whether can change it now, they said no other bed sheet already, we have to stat overnight. They try to compensate for us, they said upgrade us to another hotel room. Tomorrow they upgraded us to standard room, the room is bigger but the air con is out of order, when we complaint with the front desk, she just asked us to wait and it will become cool at night. I was really confused, as I turn on the air con for an hour already, but the whole room is still not cold, I dont think it is work. And I requested to change to another room, they refused us few times, just said if at the night time, the air con is not work, they will fix it, I was wondering how can they arrange people to fix it but why not fix it at day time. And I inboxes to expeia to complaint the hotel. The hotel front desk staff replied us said they are sorry for this, but they insists they got 8 points above in other hotel booking website. I dont think it is a reasonable reply.

room was very clean and good service of reception. Easy to locate the hotel and very near the train terminal with waliking distance less than 10 min.

Overall room and service was satifaction. Earlier check in without extra charge and location is just next block to the train station. Can easily get good food around the hotel corner. If the hotel can provide more choices of food for breakfast will be better.

環境舒適，服務員態度非常好，交通方便

Great staff, especially the receptionist in the daytime, as he introduced us about rome with passion and gave tour guide us with precise details. The rooms are really so comfy and stylish, they are cleaned everyday. We really had a wonderful stay there. Highly recommended!

The location is good near to termini station, but hotel is small and the reception desk at 1/F. Elevator provided. This is a nice hotel for stay, as new and clean conditions.

Very good experiment for our Roma hotel. Just need 2 minutes walk from station and new, beautiful, clean room and can be the same with picture. The worse thong is small room and CAN not have enough space for two suitcase opening. Friendly staff told us how to visit Roma.

La habitación estaba un poco descuidada y olía bastante a cigarro

Tétrico, solo está bien si quieres pasar miedo, sucio y descuidado, las habitaciones son rentadas en otro edificio

O quarto é muito espaçoso, fica pertíssimo do Roma Termini. Li alguns comentários sobre o chuveiro, e realmente precisa de paciência pra "temperar" a água. Mas isso não foi um problema.

Great location for part 2 of our Rome week. Did the first three nights in the ancient Rome part of town but move to this neighbourhood for the rest. It was a good call. Nice bed and room (be sure to get the triple room). Double can be very small. Smart TV in our room but not all they said. Good location for day trips out of Rome. Grocery stores where you can heat up a prepared meal in their microwave. Save a lot of money on food and take snacks to your room. Yes they still use keys but it made me feel like a local. I recommend staying here.
