Very nice location in city center, near the Chinatown. Will choose this hotel again next time.

Great location. Staff at breakfast restaurant very welcoming.

The staff at the front desk of this hotel was in poor service. When we arrived at the hotel and there were two staffs at the front desk. One of staff named "Txxxna" who did not give us a greeting and no smile thoroughly. She asked us to settle the payment of the room charge upon arrival. When she explains the hotel information to us, she just kept her eyes on the computer. After settled the payment for the room charges, we found that the name of the guest on the receipt of our two rooms were mixed up. We asked to make the corrections. Her reaction was negative to us and rudely asked my friend to write down the name one more time. I wondered how come she doesn't know the guests name as she got our passport already. At least give simply apologies to the guests is a must. But when I pointed out her false, she impolitely said "I don't care about you write a comment letter". We were very disappointed at her bad temper and bad attitude especially standing at the front line. Our holiday mood was sadly turned down by her.

房间卫生间都很大，有免费的早餐，早餐总类不是很多，但也凑合。房间干净整洁，基本满足各项需要。酒店人员也很热情友好。

Ottimo hotel sotto tutti i punti di vista

Kaikki oli todella hyvin. Hotellilla oli jopa juhlat saapumispäivänä, minne minut kutsuttiin . Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Accogliente

Loistava sijainti. Aamiainen todella monipuolinen, mutta jotkut lämpimät ruuat olivat kylmiä. Siisti huone. Olimme pyytäneet rauhallista huonetta, joten näkymät olivat sisäpihan ilmastointilaitteisiin. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
