很好，酒店比较古老，wifi很好

房間與訂購時不同、床不是訂購時那種。酒店招牌太小、較難尋找、房間隔音亦較差、但位置算方便、 近馬可廣場、價格合理及包早餐

Terrible stay. Room was surprisingly at a different building with NO lifts and needed to walk up 3 floors. The entrance lights don't work at night too - needed to walk up stairs in the dark like Biohazard. The carpet was aged, torned with brown stains, cracks on ceilings and wall edges, wifi barely works. Hairdryer like ones used for pets and was weak, took forever to dry hair. The wifi at the main lobby reception was fine though. Staff did not even bother to ask us how our stay was, they probably expected negative feedback. If you get the room in their actual building, they seem much more 'acceptable'. WORST room of my Europe trip. Only credit is their location, you can walk to all major attractions and shops. Also a close by 5 mins walk to water taxi stop (Giglo)

The hotel is close to pier "Giglio" and S.Marco Square, very convenience. The room is nice decorated in Venetian style! The breakfast is good! The hotel staff is very very helpful and nice! But the real room is not like the one showing on the website...(I am staying at the Annex Building)

The room was ok but the bathroom was tiny and not that comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. But the reception guy was not friendly and helpful at all to guests. Better stay away.

The staff is very friendly, and it is conveniently located.

Bathroom floor soaked after showers, lift was not easy, quad room pictures were vastly larger than our room. Staff was friendly, room had great air conditioning. Beds were ok. Location of hotel is excellent! Right outside expensive shopping and gondola ride.

When my wife and I checked, we were greeted by Maximilian at the front desk. He was polite, knowledgeable & helpful.

Great location for shopping and dining. Authentic Italian charm.

Front Desk person initially took us to the wrong room. I had paid for a four person, but only two people were able to come. He helped us with our bags, and took us to a room in an entirely different building, which only had 1 bed, which is not what I paid for on Expedia. Once I showed him a screenshot of the room we’re supposed to be getting, we went back to the front desk and to the right room, which was as pictured on Expedia. It looked very nice and has a refrigerator and water kettle in the room. The bathroom was nice, and the shower felt great. Good pressure! After the first night, my daughter had bites on her arm. I also had multiple bites on my leg, back and wrist. I didn’t see anything in the beds, but it’s possible there were bed bugs. I don’t think I got i bitten in these areas while outside because I wore long sleeves, long pants and socks when we were out and about.Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English that well so I couldn’t really explain that to them while I was there.

The property is quite old and it looks like it. However, the room was relatively clean and the location is absolutely perfect to visit everything in Venice

Close to shopping and restaurants. A bit difficult to find. Signage was difficult to locate. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the city.
