洗澡熱水不會熱，去跟櫃台反應才處理 一進房間沒冷氣，也是要去跟櫃台反應才有 實際入住跟網站上照片差異很大 要入住使飯店請三思 唯一的優點應該是離車站很近吧!

一分鐘的路程，由火車站過來，早餐也可以，品種比較少，員工服務也到位。距離步行街不遠，尢其是到比薩斜塔，步行前往，途中的事物同樣吸引。

Very very simple breakfast. I have not seen simple breakfast like this in my whole life of travelling . But I can say ok . Room AC was not working first night . Sad . Next night it was working . Most basic hotel . Location is good . Expensive as compare to surrounding hotels

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, this hotel was not as advertised. The main reason I booked this room was because the listing clearly stated that air conditioning was included. However, upon arrival, I was informed by reception that there was no AC available at all. The room became extremely hot overnight and the only option was to leave the door open, which resulted in mosquitoes and insects flying into the room and biting us throughout the night. There were also several other issues during the stay: • The TV did not work, even after reception attempted to fix it. • A metal shower bracket/shelf detached and fell unexpectedly, nearly hitting my sister’s foot. • There appeared to be no shower gel provided. • There was only one accessible socket near the entrance of the room, which was incredibly inconvenient. The most disappointing part was that when these issues were raised, there was no meaningful resolution offered during the stay. We were told there were no other rooms available and ultimately had to remain in a room that did not match the amenities advertised online. The reception staff were polite, but the property itself needs significant improvements and the listing should accurately reflect what is actually provided. If you are specifically booking for air conditioning, I would strongly recommend confirming directly with the hotel before staying.

Vår vistelse på detta hotellet var en besvikelse. Rummet hade inte en fungerande AC, både toalett och dusch fungerade bristfälligt och rummet var mycket lyhört från gatan. Frukosten vad katastrof, pålägg som legat framme alldeles för länge, bröd som smakade gammalt och kaffe från en automat som absolut inte gick att dricka. Utöver detta var det för de mesta kakor på frukosten. Vi hade inte rekommenderat detta boende om man vill ha en god sömn och en någorlunda bra frukost att stå sig på!

Todo super bien. Más si vas de viaje solo. Limpio y ordenado cada día. Tiene elevador y desayuno.

Trångt rum men rent, tyst och bra läge.

Trevlig personal, rumen var i hyffsat skick men rena. Bra val för en liten peng.

Il personale è stato molto cortese e gentile sia al nostro arrivo che durante la colazione al mattino. Hotel vicino la stazione centrale quindi comodo per gli spostamenti. La camera invece era molto piccola e specialmente il bagno avrebbe avuto bisogno di una ristrutturazione in quanto molto trascurato.

Bad experience, Flush on the toilet was not working. Alternate accommodation not provided. Very rude behavior from the staff. Refused to refund the booking amount even when didn't stay in the hotel.

Clean room. Though shower area was too small, the shower curtain sticks to your back while having shower. The concierge who welcomed was not so friendly, she was somewhat preoccupied when we arrived. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs to bring our luggage to our room, though it was fixed that next day. Area was close to the train/bus station which was good.

Very small room and shower stall. Had to reset TV several times to receive channels. Wifi not so good. Switch back to my carrier to use internet. Very near train station. Neighborhood? Straight run to Leaning Tower from train station and thus hotel.

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I’d made a mistake. The “lobby” looked more like the entrance to a community centre than a hotel, and the man behind the desk seemed genuinely confused when I said I had a reservation. I even had to ask, “This is the hotel, is it?” Not a great start. The room was even worse. Tired, outdated, and depressing. Two worn-out single beds pushed together to create a rock-hard ridge down the middle — hardly a double. The pillows were flat, lumpy, and likely older than the building. On the walls? Smeared mosquitoes — a grim reminder of past guests’ battles. The bathroom was falling apart: cracked tiles, broken furniture, and a shower that only offered cold water. I reported the lack of hot water to reception. Two staff members assured me they’d come to the room to look into it. They never did. I could’ve waited a lifetime. When we checked out and I asked what happened, I was told, “He’s not a technician” and “he did the best he could” — though no one ever even came to the room to explain that. This place needs more than a deep clean — it needs a complete renovation, some staff training, and a reality check. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even for a single night.
