太空酒店

我預定的房型並非最便宜的，但是入住時的房間讓我感覺被給予了最小的房型，房間照明不足，浴室設備簡單，有種被騙的感覺

飯店位置就在新聖母大殿前，前往火車站、巴士站、或聖母百花教堂觀光區，步行都十分方便。飯店裝修十分現代感，早餐內容簡單。 房間大小適中，燈光略暗，衛浴空間則較窄小，基本的備品均有。

在各方面都很喜歡太空飯店，有機會的話，會再次選擇太空飯店

房間大, 近火車站, 接待員態度不錯, 但早餐食物款式比較少, 而且房間沒有水杯和電熱水煲供應, 有些房間沒有電梯直達

location was good, very close to train station. just the room was a bit small and no wifi

New and newly renovated hotel. Don't know if it is about he Expo, the rate is very high. With this rate, I can have a better hotel in others country and town. One thing is to be point out is the Wifi is not free (another 6 Euro a day). It is a must have item nowadays. Very strange. Don't have a kettle for make some tea.

- No free wifi - My room the air condition wasn't working well, 1st night the air condition is no working, in room temperature was 30c in the room. really hot, i request room change in 2nd day, however, they just went to room to reset the air condition setting, they don't do the room change for me, the 2nd and 3th night is still 26,27c in the night time. - The room is dark - no Ventilating Fan in bathroom. the stream in go to the bedroom after bath. - room was small + location is good (only one)

Overall, the hotel is close to the city and Firenze SMN station...however, there is not free WiFi at the hotel and the room is relatively dark...

The hotel is extremely convenient. With8n 5 mins walk from the SMN train station. The hotel is clean and the location is quiet. Staff are friendly and informative. Suggest travellers to spend 4 hours to visit Pisa the leaning tower. Don't eat in those restaurants surrounding Leaning tower as the food quality sucks and overcharged a beer for Eur 8.9

The room is too dark and the design of bathroom is poor

Universo Hotel is near the train station Firenze S.M.N., 5 minutes by walk along the wall of the church. The plaza outside the hotel is great, I could find some good bar and restaurants near. After all it is a three-star hotel, we couldn't expect too much. No big lobby, no porter, no gym room, just a clean room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast, ok enough. Staff are nice and friendly. A building next to the hotel was under construction, it was noisy when we stayed.

这家酒店距离佛罗伦萨SMN车站仅5分钟的步行距离，从此处出发前往大教堂仅需10分钟，步行前往各主要景点也十分便捷，周围有CONAD超市，有中央市场。最关键该酒店服务周到，且早餐丰富，甚至会将前晚我没有叠的睡衣也折叠并收纳起来，干净整洁，唯一缺点是我所住的房间没有主灯，房间较暗。

酒店很小，不过离火车站很近就在十字架教堂旁边，前台的男人很热情，房间很简单，楼梯很复杂即使乘电梯到了某楼层可能你的房间还需要走几格楼梯才能到。隔音不大好，没有室内保险柜和衣柜，只有个衣架，如果是胖子可能淋浴房会有点小，不过我们夫妇都挺瘦还能接受，提供一次性毛巾，但没有牙刷和拖鞋，这种欧洲酒店几乎都一样。不过他们家是我们住在意大利这几天唯一一家提供羽绒被而不是毛毯的酒店，这让我们感觉睡得很舒服，一下为酒店加分不少。早餐还可以，有个上网的房间电脑是苹果的，不过上网很贵5欧一小时3欧半小时。

Muy buena ubicación

The location is great. Short (5 min) walk from the train station and close to shopping, great food, and next to the Piazza Santa Maria. Room and Facility is plain and small but nice.

Rooms are very old, but the bathroom was renovated.
