Ustabil varmtvann i dusj og vasken. Vannet var en stund ikke varmt nok til å dusje. Plutselig kom det varmtvann for en periode. Vi hadde bestilt rom for 4. Den ene «sengen» som var satt av til to personer var en liten sovesofa i begrenset størrelse og veldig hard å ligge i, denne var veldig ukomfortabel. Renholdet på rommet var ikke tilfredsstillende. Det var tilgjengelig parkering for 18 € om natten. Parkeringen var i en gangavstand på ca 5 minutter fra hotellet. Rommet hadde balkong mot bakgård, det kom røyklukt fra balkongdøren med jevne mellomrom.

Everything went smoothly and the place was very clean. Breakfast had many choices from scrambled eggs to pancakes with other breaded goods.

Staff was service oriented. Friendly and helpful Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location

Ottima e ampia stanza. Buona colazione. Vicino al centro città. Un po' scomodo il parcheggio presso un'altra struttura.

Croissants secs au petit déjeuner. Matelas pas confortable. Pas de restaurant, ni de bar ni de parking.

We booked the hotel for the spa months before trip. We have been travelling for weeks in Italy and wanted to take two days to relax and sit in the spa. We also book a hotel based on there being a restaurant lounge and bar. All of which the hotel said it had. When we booked into our room, we asked how we got to the spa and they said it was not open. It had been closed. We had gotten no notification about this. We asked for the restaurant lounge and bar was told there is not one. Only a breakfast room. They didn’t seem to even care that the description and the information given to us was not correct. In the morning there was ants in the bathroom on the floor. We are on the third floor, so I’m not sure where they would’ve come from. Overall the whole 2 days was a complete disappointment. And I think that the hotel should do a better job with their description and was letting customers know if their amenities are not working. So for that of giving this Hotel a very bad review.

Chambre et salle de bain très propre. Le petit déjeuner était un beau buffet. Pas de nourriture chaude. Mais tout était très bon et les produits paraissaient plus naturels qu'industriels. Tout le personnel rencontré était très agréable et professionnel. Spa non utilisé. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Excellent hotel in Foggia about ten minutes walk from the train station. Staff are friendly and polite. Free breakfast great as well. The only down point is that you can get some noise from other rooms but that is down to other guests and not the hotel itself.
