Great pool and staff , shuttle took us to a lovely restaraunt for dinner

I had booked one night for the sole purpose of being close to the airport, only to discover just prior to check-in that there is a €15 transfer charge, each way. When I checked in, I was given a room in the neighbouring hotel, Ca Tessera Park, which was fine, as it was close by. Room was nice, but there was rubbish (boarding passes etc.) from previous guests in the room, and the shower gel minis had not been changed from the previous occupants. When I went into the room it was very dark, with all the curtains closed. I realised when I went to open the curtains that there was building work going on outside the room, with industrial equipment (crane/loader etc.) parked right outside the room window. There is no restaurant onsite for evening meals, but they recommend a nearby restaurant, about 1km away. When I asked the receptionist to book a table, she said she'd try, but that she'd been unable to book for another guest earlier. When she rang, the restaurant did not answer. Could probably do with providing better alternatives, or letting guests know before they arrive that the recommended restaurant can get busy, and offer to make bookings if required. Found a pizza restaurant nearby, Al Quadrante. Doesn't look particularly fancy, but the food was delicious. Overall the hotel was fine for one night, just a few minor annoyances that could be easily sorted.

Comfortable rooms and beds, great location for the airport, Venice city and transport connections. The pool offered welcome respite from the heat at the end of a long day.

5 minute ride from airport . Bus stop to Venice is a five minute walk . Delicious restaurant across the street . Rooms very clean and comfortable .

La douche devrait être changée,désuète,malpropre. La toilette fait un bruit au 3 secondes on a demandé que ce soit vérifié et on nous a demandé de simplement fermer la porte de la salle de bain.Cet endroit a un gros potentiel mais on n’a pas aimé notre expérience

Lit trop petit pour un adulte et pour le prix. Navette très chère pour trois minutes de trajet. Elle dépose loin du terminal.

We stayed at this “resort” for one night before heading home. The place is extremely run down from the outside, so much so that I was a little nervous about staying. It gives off a Bates Motel vibe. The room itself was clean enough, although extremely small. There is no closet, no phone and we weren’t even given a blanket. My husband went to reception for a blanket and was told it’s in the closet (which the room doesn’t have!!) The shower was spacious and clean, water pressure was perfect, my only issue with the bathroom was the tiny sink and no counter to keep a toothbrush on. The description of the place indicates there’s a pool. The pool was closed and upon looking closer appeared to be empty of water. I was really looking forward to relaxing at the pool after a day of traveling by boat, bus and train only to discover it wasn’t even available. The description also indicated the resort is attached to a shopping centre which is completely false, there was no shopping centre or even more than one restaurant nearby. Food at this restaurant was average but luckily there was a good wine selection! Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone

Aircondition kunne ikke slukkes eller reguleres, så vi måtte slukke for al strøm på værelset. Personalet kunne ikke afhjælpe problemet, men gjorde hvad de kunne for at løse det uden held. Positivt var deres shuffle transport til restaurant var når vi ønskede det. Helt gratis. Vi skulle kun være det en enkelt nat.

Staff was not friendly at all. When we asked about hotel shuttle to pick us up after we return car he sad we should just walk 1.6km in 30+ degrees. I booked shuttle for next day, he booked wrong time. Shuttle didn’t drop us in front on the airport, somewhere on the side parking lot. They don’t want to drive in to pay a fee. When I asked if he can recommend some pizza place around hotel, he just said NO. What kind of customer service is it😳 we spent less than 15 hours in hotel and everything went wrong. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice place to spend time between flights at the Venice Airport. Free shuttle to and from nearby restaurant for dinner. Pleasant pool area for relaxing during the day.

We wanted a relaxing hotel with a pool for our last night of a multi-week trip and this place was great. Excellent pool and lounger situation and a friendly bar server was right there on the pool deck. Room was fine for our family of four, a little small but perfect for a single night. Several restaurant options within a 5 min walk and only a 20 min walk to the airport.

Great location. Bus stop near by for trip into Venice. Taxi to airport all organised by reception. Lovely pool area. Nice breakfast
