We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was in a great location.

Best place to stay if you want to be near the Vatican. Room was spotless. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast included because it is more than worth it.

Merci à Fulvia à la réception pour son professionnalisme , sa gentillesse et son aide. Merci au personnel du petit dejeuner. La chambre était en sous sol sans fenêtre et tres bruyante. Le personnel m'a changé de chambre le lendemain de mon arrivée.

It was a great stay. It is a small boutique hotel with everything that’s needed. Location is perfect. Breakfast was surprisingly awesome, as it is not a traditional buffet. It is cooked and served to your table. Fresh ingredients every day, could not ask for anything better. Whenever I am able to return to Rome, this is definitely a hotel I would gladly go back to.

Todo bien en general

Room was very clean. Fresh fruit and champagne, cold water bottles and coffee/tea was in our room to enjoy. Staff was very pleasant and outlined a walking map for us to explore Rome. Location was perfect and within walking distance to all tourist sites and restaurants. They arranged a driver to bring us to the airport when we left. The driver was there on time and very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Best place to stay in Rome but I have to stop telling everyone because it’s hard to get a reservation. Lol. Love the staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Everything has been perfect each time I have stayed here. ❤️❤️❤️

Personale, posizione e stanza molto positivi. Però inaccettabile che un hotel 4* faccia i turni per colazione e che la saletta colazioni sia in in seminterrato senza finestre da 10 posti. Inoltre non c'è l'ascensore e si sentono anche parecchi rumori dalla reception.

Property close to restaurants and Vatican City. The hotel itself needs some tlc. We had a junior suite but it certainly did not feel like a suite. The whole room needed to be redone and especially the bathroom. Being classed as a luxury hotel is misleading.

Firstly, the staff here are wonderful. They are very helpful - arranged our transfer from and to the airport, called the day before we checked in to confirm arrangements, gave us so much information and help about getting around Rome, offered to help book trips and transportation tickets - all with a genuine smile. Sherilyn and Fulvia in particular were fantastic. The breakfast consisted of: coffee, juice, water, butter and chocolate croissant, fruit, meat, cheese, cake, eggs or pancakes and yogurt. The room is very small, so it is all brought to you by a smiley, friendly, lovely lady. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Metro which was very easy, cheap and convenient to use. Watch out for pickpockets though! It is also VERY busy most of the time.

Excelentes instalaciones solo la regadera quedaría mejor de frente y no de costado en la tina. Por lo demás estuvo genial.
