Nice stay close to Mestre train station, breakfast ok

The room was clean, breakfast was nice and staff were kind. The location is really good, near the train station and easy to go to Venice St Lucia.

This place was very clean, staff was very friendly. Nice and close to train maybe 10 mins and bus stop 5 min walk. Bus ride to Venice was only 20 mins as well as the train.

All staff are really really friendly kind and helpful, well maintained property, very clean, breakfast was very good and better than expected, nice smell shower gel and good water pressure, very convenient transportation, quiet and safe inside the hotel. What i don't like is small room,A/C switched off in October, no fridge, no kettle, no toiletries apart from hand soap and shower gel which are very nice smell. People around the shops near the hotel are a bit noisy evening time.

We stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station (Venice Mestre). The room and bathroom are quite small. The hotel is quite far away from the other restaurants but it has its own restaurant which included Chinese dishes in its menu. The staff are very friendly. It has a late check-out time (noon). Overall a good value hotel for a short stay.

I liked it location near bus stops. Safe available. Staff lovely and very helpful Room was small, TV Did not work, i booked room for 4 and ended up with one double bed and one single. No kettle or tea or coffee.

All went well. 20mins aprox to get to Venice city by bus. Thanks for the great customer service.

It’s poorly maintained and lots of mosquitoes.

Our reservation said Queen-size beds but we get double beds, when asking, they said they didn't have Queen-size beds in any room. Wifi works badly. Breakfast was delicious and great, very good options. The hotel have a restaurant with good prices and delicious food. Good service

Very good 3* hotel, very kind and helpful staff members, good breakfast, clean room and bathroom, every day cleaning service, comfy bed.The hotel is located in a quiet location, close to bus and tram stops, 10 min walk to Mestre coach and train station. Will book it again for my next holiday in Venice in few months.

Receptionist was bit rude.

Very dated Hotel.Restaurant food for dinner is not great. You may think it’s ok if you are on a budget. I also thought the same, but the customer service is poor. They charged me city tax of 16.80 on day one and then asked for another 4.80 the same night as they said they made a mistake in calculation. I paid it and got the receipt. But while vacating they asked me to pay for the breakfast we did t eat. I argued and the receptionist finally relented. But he said I have to pay to 4.80 as city tax, as I misplaced the receipt I had to pay in order to vacate. :(

Good hotel for the price

This hotel is very smelly and dirty. Rooms have paint on curtains and carpet and beds are in poor condition. Location is dangerous and front desk service is rude and aggressive

It was nice, clean, and affordable. The property is also very close to the train station.
