Hotel Villa Zaccardi

Excellent condition of the property. The suite room was amazing and very spacious. We traveled brother and sister and share the room easily and comfortably.

Breakfast was included. The rooms were small but clean. The AC did not work well the rooms were warm with high 90 degrees weather.

This property has attached a restaurant with outside seating. It is lovely though the sound of ambulances startles you.

I was in a room on the ground floor that was not too pleasant as the only window was higher than my head. The terrace/garden was pleasant until the evening when very loud recorded music was played by a disk jockey. It is also interesting that my room had a kettle and a supply of tea but no coffee. I also found that the cupboard for hanging clothes was too small with too few hangers and that there was no place to put non hanging clothes. The room could use a small 4 drawer dresser and also a comfortable chair to sit in. I also found that of the almost 500 channels on the TV only one had any English and i didnt find any other languages ----- seems this is a hotel for italians only. The service in the terrace/garden during the day is very poor ---- you have to hunt for the staff. One more point, the attached fish restaurant is a bit to esoteric for non-Italians ---- perhas some salmon or dorade or cod could be added ---- or even stretch to a wee bit of meat rather than all "of the sea" The cost of the hotel is economic but it is just too far away from anything.

Infelizmente a minha experiência não foi boa. Segue abaixo os pontos de melhoria: Acomodação sem água quente após as 22hs, quarto muito claro ao amanhecer, box do banheiro vaza para todo banheiro e lâmpadas do abajur queimadas. Recepção, sem apoio com malas e sem cobertura (na chuva molhamos inteiro até chegar na recepção). Uma pena, pois o hotel é bonito com a arquitetura italiana.

Tolles, modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer und Frühstück top. Zuvorkommendes, aufmerksames Personal – schöne Geburtstagsüberraschung vom Hotel. Sehr zufrieden!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was terrific and breakfast very good. I would definitely recommend this place for future visits.

Buena atencion en recepción, desayuno completo, lejos del centro pero con opciones de transporte publico cerca. Personal de limpieza no habia hecho la habitación a las 2 PM y cuando llegamos a descansar nos dijo que ya no la podia hacer mas tarde. Habitación comoda pero ventilas de aire acondicionado son fijas y te dan directo en la cara por lo que es incomodo dormir.

This property was exceptional, the staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the rooms was exceptionally small, so that was the only draw back.

Ett bra hotell med frukost för oss när vi ville se Rom. Vi uppskattade en bra förbindelse till centrum med spårvagn linje 8.

The staff was amazing! They were super friendly and attentive. I love the restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious and very reasonable. The location is not the best, but it is close to the train station and an Uber away from the city main.

Très bon séjour malgré que pour le petit déjeuner on a vraiment l impression d embêter la dame qui sert le café. Pas d amabilité de sa part.

Habitación confortable, sin embargo el ruido de fuera y el de otras habitaciones se escucha mucho dentro de la habitación.

it was a very fresh and new hotel. furniture , bathrooms and rooms were very lovely. Breakfast was slightly poor and need some more variety. Location was good, quite near to buss stops and tram line 8 though it takes almost 30 minutes by tram to reach Piazza Venizia (city center).
