Il personale gentilissimo. L'atmosfera signorile dell'hotel.
Finalmente un albergo "conservativo" rimasto con la sua eleganza classica e auténtica.
Parcheggio comodissimo.
La colazione si potrebbe migliorare ma anche così a me è piaciuta. Non ho trovato jogurt naturale senza zucchero ma forse era finito e il latte solo a lunga conservazione
Consiglio senz'altro anche per la posizione centralissima.

房間挑高明亮，寬敞舒適，床很大，採復古風格，唯一可惜的是比較老舊，早餐樣式少，但是地點很好，附近治安也不錯，離超市、郵局、捷運、餐廳都很近。

Long past its best and in need of a refurb. Parking directions were a nightmare and they need to provide a QR code or pin drop which would make finding it easier. There are many areas around the hotel where vehicles are prohibited and if you do traffic cameras send you a fine.

Hotel pulitissimo, centralissimo, con camere spaziose ed eleganti. Risente parecchio degli anni, forse una rinnovatina ad alcuni dettagli non starebbe male, ma rimane comunque un hotel affascinante e il costo delle camere tiene conto della situazione complessiva.

We booked this last minute to attend a concert and were blown away when we arrived to a 5 star hotel which lived upto it's rating....so nice, staff so helpful and we got to see Umberto Tozzi leaving same hotel. So pleased we chose Hotel Vittoria *****

Terrace wasn’t open when we went, which was one of the main reasons for us staying there. Staff were not friendly or helpful. Fire alarm went off and there was no staff around and no explanation. Very disappointing, expensive stay

Tgis place is always great. The location is perfect to see everything the city has to offer. The staff is over the top. The in house restaurant and bar are great. Being steps away from the cathedrale and other eateries is a bonus. Also Roman ruins are about a 10 minute walk.

I stayed in the suite Leonessa and it was fantastic! The view from that balcony is breathtaking, the suite is spacious and well-decorated and I had a magnificent stay!
