吉泰瑞莎酒店

只係間比較舊又沒有設施的三星酒店，地方比較遠離我巿中心。

浴室大，但沖涼位非常細，轉身嘅位置都唔夠，僅可以站立，而水温時非常熱或凍，冷氣我連住幾晚，但第晚就關左冷氣總制，要特意打去先開番，而沐浴液只第一晚提供，要每日問才給，環境都不錯，職員都不錯，房間大

Dejligt centralt, uden al for meget larm. Venligt og imødekommende personale. P-kælder. Fin morgenmad. gode værelser (dog noget slap aircon) men vi åbnede døren ud til altanen og nød Sorrentos nattelyde :-) God udsigt fra værelse 403.

We stayed on the top floor , and the windows were close to the roof so you felt like you were in a prison. The rooms were clean and neat , beds hard, location close to many things , staff very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay but expensive

This was an excellent place to stay in Sorrennto

Unfriendly staff, unable to call front desk from room, poor air conditioning system, when you are not in the room with a key air is completely shut off and the room is so hot when you get in. It takes too long to cool down. The light in our hall was out and it was very dark in the hall. Where our room was. The pool was pretty but they closed it at 4pm! So when you come in from hot day, there is no ac and no pool use! Desk people always looked annoyed, not pleasant at all to speak with. We had dirty dishes outside of our room for days. We did have a nice view from the corner balcony and the breakfast was great. The men who served at breakfast were kind. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement à fuir. Aucun confort, chambre et salle d'eau vétustes, mal insonorisées. Escalier très important, pas de rampe pour les valises. Personne pour vous aider. Ne mérite vraiment pas les 4 étoiles. Ok nous payons pour la vue de la terrasse sur la baie de Sorrento. Très cher pour son standing. Personnels non à l'écoute. Aucun effort pour se mettre à notre écoute. 2 personnes de 76 ans, très déçues.

Lovely location, near some great restaurants particularly Cucina and La Locanda. Easily walking distance to Sorrento main square and the station. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for a view and it did not disappoint.

Great central location in Sorrento. Walkable to most popular spots. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Nice to have the rooftop bar to meet with other guests and discuss our adventures of the day

Staff were excellent. Rooms whilst a little basic were very clean and comfortable

One word AWFUL

Easy to walk to main part of town. Excellent, popular restaurant right across the street!

Dejligt sted. Tagterrasse med flot udsigt over havet og over til Vesuv og Napoli.

Staff was very friendly and very close to shopping and great restaurants.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the breakfast could use a major improvement. The pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures but overall nice. The staff was all very nice.

The room was decent size and very clean, nice pool and terrace upstairs. Staff very friendly.

we liked the close proximity to the main station and to Piazza Tasso. Also the availability of few variety and grocery stores was an asset. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and always attentive to our requests . Breakfast was nice . The furniture was a bit dated but nothing upsetting . Pool towels were not the best and to change the towel you pay 3 euros , so you have to keep and wash it to reuse it or pay every time you change it . Generally the stay was nice and the area is safe and convenient .

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Location is great as it is a short walk into the center but also felt nice to be removed slightly from the chaos. Room was spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed spending multiple days by the pool. Only thing we did not enjoy was our room was right beside the elevator and stairs which we found the noise to impact our stay along with a decent amount of traffic noise being close to a busier road.

The rooms are very small. The showers are old and broken. There is a fee for the pool towels.

Right price for the right service.
