Good location, near train station and 3 subway station. Free water everyday !!

住了五個晚上兩間房間，其中有一間房間連續三天都沒有來打掃更換毛巾。另外一間則是有兩天沒有打掃，覺得房價這麼高還是這種服務實在不應該。

in general the hotel is meeting Hyatt standard. It is a good and nice hotel.

The bedsheet is a bit dirty and damage, but the location of the hotel is good so far

Very good breakfast and in-room bar. Restaurants nearby are full of choice and nice food. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Great business hotel! Great location! The service staff is warm and considerate, the only deficiency is that we hope to have our own parking lot, we parked in the parking lot across the street, which is a little inconvenient.

Modern styled Hyatt near the central station, easy to walk around and take metro to any place in this city, it's a Hyatt so there's really nothing to complain about the room, had a great time staying here

前幾年也相同的酒店 這次入住 發現房間浴室的五金配件都換新的 感覺很好 下次的出差我將再選擇Park Hyatt Milano

整體來說飯店乾淨新穎.客房大落地窗我很喜歡,早餐也很好吃.但我住那間馬桶有點不通.另外我在大教堂旁文藝復興百貨購買新的行李箱免費送到飯店(1小時內) 結果當晚我回去問前台人員跟我說沒收到,請我先去房間也許已經在房間內...結果在房間沒看到,我又打內線下去問一下前台,前台說他當班時候沒收到,我說也許你可以去倉庫確認,他說他會確認,結果都沒回應,然後一個小時後我自己打內線下去問還是說沒有（他也許根本沒去倉庫？）我只好由客房打電話去文藝復興百貨公司詢問.銷售員幫我直接打電話給前台,結果過十分鐘銷售員回電話給我說前台說五分鐘會送到我房間.....結果最後check out 前台還跟我收取市內電話費 一句道歉都沒有 感覺很不好.

Excellent location, beautiful decorations, and great facilities. The pool and sauna were especially enjoyable, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. A great place to stay in Milan.

The breakfast is awesome 10/10 Priti and Gaston go the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable. The front desk staff super helpful and amenable. The location is super convenient to Stazione Centrale and the Milan staples.

The property was great, but not as we were expecting it to be. Amenities lacked if we compare it to other 4 star hotels we stayed during our trip. Every single thing, other than the stay was an add on. Including pool, breakfast etc. rhe breakfast was ridiculously priced at €34 per person. The price is higher than the other 4 star hotels, so you would expect it to be all inclusive. But it isn’t. The room wasn’t clean till 1 pm. We had to contact the reception to get it cleaned. I believe it’s only the name and the brand that working out for them. The only good thing which I don’t mind paying for was their spa. It’s still €30 each.
