Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.

非常棒的酒店，但早餐有點單調，下次去威尼斯還會繼續預定這裡！

房間雖小，但環境整潔乾淨，飯店內或外面用餐區都非常有設計感，而且早餐 非 常 好 吃!! 唯二缺點: 1. 房間的水龍頭超級難開，我因為手腕受傷的關係，甚至需要兩隻手才打得開... 2. 晚上戶外區會有非常多蚊子，無法好好享受高貴的晚餐，最後只好快快吃完匆匆地跑回房間。

提供機埸往返的免費水上計程車接駁且飯店門口就有水上巴士搭車站，非常便利。

Wow, what a truly fantastic way to see Venice and the surrounding area without the crowds and chaos. Murano and the Hyatt Centric are the best option for your visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the helpful staff and especially the hotel managers suggestion of how to best experience a day in Venice (thank you so much Armando!). We also enjoyed the on site restaurant especially for the breakfast buffet. It was an amazing way to start our day before we went exploring. Also having its own vaparetto stop literally feet from the front door is also very convenient. A truly beautiful part of the world that we were fortunate to be able to visit.

At Arrival, summertime in Venice (middle of August). Our booking for 4 nights in a Junior Suite was equipped with 2 active fans on the floor and was around 26/27 degrees warm (according to measurements). Air conditioning was working (according to front desk), according to us: not. Front Desk was helpful to set the right temperature and said we should wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to cool down the room (that all happened after Check in at 15:00). After coming back in the evening around 18/19 o‘clock, room was still at 26/17 degrees. Front desk offered a Standard Room on the ground floor which was way cooler and Air Conditioning was working (this air conditioning you could actually hear). They offered in the morning to relocate us to another Junior Suite, but we declined and Expedia offered to relocate us to a nearby hotel. Not to mentioned, they charged our credit card 3 times: 1 for taxes and deposit (when we checked in- okay), 1 time for around 155 € in the first night, which was not explainable by front desk, and after check out in the same night (we were not staying in the hotel) for about 450 €. I never signed the last 2 off or allowed them to take it. Hyatt Hotline said the accounting department will call me back. Therefor even when staff was trying to help and helpful, this is a Hotel I will not come back. 2 Scam charges on my credit card, no working AC in Junior Suite. Sorry not working for me.

The hotel is nice aesthetically and is in a good location. It is great that they offer shuttle services to and from the airport, as it is challenging to get around Venice. There seems to be gaps in communication between staff members. For example, we were promised our room would be ready ASAP at 10 AM ( which was well before the check-in time) but were not able to access a room until 2 PM. It would have been better if they were honest and let us know the room would not be available until the regular check-in time. We had an issue with our keycard not working, and it was promised the door would be fixed. It was not fixed for the duration of our stay. We were also promised to use the spa facilities complimentary for this inconvenience but then were questioned about the timing of our service and why we didn’t let them know 15 min in advance, as someone needs to turn the stream room and sauna on. They then let us know that it was not problem and someone would do it now and to wait for 30 minutes for it to heat up. For this inconvenience we were g given the “service for free”; however it was already supposed to be complimentary? Lastly, I checked with the hotel about our shuttle to the airport for our departure. I never heard a definitive answer back. A woman let me know that she would put us into the 10 AM time slot. Due to all of the miscommunication prior, I decided to check with someone at the front desk later that day. We were never added to the list- I had to alert them.

The Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is a modern, stylish hotel set on the quiet island of Murano. It’s a wonderful choice if you want a more relaxed, less commercial atmosphere than central Venice, yet still enjoy easy access to the main sights via the Vaporetto. Comfortable rooms, sleek design, and a calm setting make it a perfect retreat after exploring the bustling city.

Stayed here five nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel provided a boat shuttle straight from the airport which was very convenient but they don’t tell you they do not provide rides back to the airport before 11am. Our room was great and the view of the water was wonderful to wake up to. The only thing was the air conditioning, it barely worked or stopped working in the night and there are no fans and no window screens so bug bites. Thank goodness we brought a tiny hand held fan to get us through the nights. The water taxi right outside the hotel and the cafe were major perks. Would stay again, it was really nice to come back to a quiet island after all the people on San Marco during the day.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric in Venice! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable — a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The rooms were beautifully designed with thoughtful details, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish place to stay in Venice!

Very hice place yo stay and very well locate

Okay hotel in Murano, very little atmosphere (bit clinical, especially with the bleach smell). It was clean and fine for a few days. If staying here be mindful that everything closes early as the tourists mainly leave when the glass factory's close at around 6pm and very limited restaurants. The area didn't bother us as quiet and good links into venice.
