ibis Firenze Nord Aeroporto

The twin beds were small . Requested Double beds but got twin bed. Even then beds were so small that I cannot sleep for 3 nights . It is an airport hotel so requested to change every day but no help. Staff was really nasty and unprofessional. I will probably never book room with Expedia due to unacceptable and inaccurate descriptions of properties. No mini fridge or Tea making facilities in room. Th breakfast was poor with things running out and coffee machine broken all the time. Worst was beds and front office staff attitude.

Room was ok, but restaurant was closed. I booked this hotel because it's on1.5 miles to FLR airport. But they don't any shuttle (free or with fee). The desk did call a taxi for me, but the charge turned out to be 34 Euro for that sort 15 mile ride.

Good place for an overnight stay. But sucks there’s no airport shuttle as it’s an expensive 5 minute taxi ride.

Very convenient to the Florence airport (30 minute easy walk). Friendly staff. The bathroom smelled awful (like sewer, even after spraying freshener), the A/C didn’t work for the entire building and it was hot and humid because of the rain. Opened the window but didn’t help with the humidity, plus it’s a noisy area so couldn’t sleep with all the traffic noise.

Íbis hotel is a very basic hotel and the reception service are very limited and poor.

Expensive and dated. Housekeeping staff very noisy, no respect for guests. Good shower, clean, comfie bed, so you decide if its for you!

Dirty and expensive

Very basic room, only one towel for two people and one pillow each. Bar was closed (we got there early evening). Surly breakfast host, tasteless food. We only chose this hotel because it was convenient as our flight from Florence had been cancelled. We didn’t have high expectations and it didn’t even meet those!

No towels or toilet paper in the room.

The worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. Honestly I don’t know how it has 3 stars. It was dirty, smelled horrible, the air conditioning didn’t work. We woke up in the middle of the night because the heat in the room was unbearable. The only perk it’s that is really close to the airport, but it’s almost not worth it because the taxi charged us 40 euros for a 5 minute drive. Horrible experience, please don’t go to this hotel

Dint stay long enough, only 10 min and we decided to leave

The hotel is good and served its purpose for the one night that I stayed there. There is room to improve. The hotel needs a refreshing, it’s getting older and needs an update

I needed to change the day of arrival to 15th of May instead of 14th because of the late arrival of my flight and the policy of Ibis for check in... and they refused to do it. So, I ended up losing my money but knowing about a lack of interest on helping a client of that hotel.

Perfect for one night by airport. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
