Very good view of the lake both day and night. Easy to local with goggle map. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very good place for dinner. Better to have a car. The shutter service is infrequent. Perfect place to stay for people go with their own car

We have three people in this family trip to Itlay. We visited many cities and different kind of hotels in this 15 days travel. II Perlo Panorama is the best we three voted! The host was so considerate and she shows us the best of Il Perlo Panorama. The view from the garden is just amazing and breathtaking, especially when you have breakfast there. The breakfast is also great. We enjoyed a lot. The stuffs there are also so friendly, always holding friendly smile. Who will be not happy to live in such a lovely and beautiful heavenly place? To arrive the hotel, you should try best to arrive Como train station early so that you could take C30 ( a local bus) for around an hour, to the final station, and then take a taxi uphill. Trust me, this distance and time spent is definitely worthwhile. Even we don't drive a car in the trip, even if my parents are 60+, we all think the distance from the crowded town is worthwhile. We could not wait to return to there again someday!

The view was absolutely stunning! Restaurant was really good. All the staff are friendly & very helpful with suggestions. Would definitely stay again😊

Il Perlo Panorama is a unique place. The view when you walk out onto the veranda is simply breathtaking - it has Panorama in it's name for a reason. This was the second time of staying here and the service was even better than the first time (in 2022). We had dinner on the first night in the restaurant and it was magical. Great food, great wine (it is Italy), and that view! Breakfast was very good and a great selection including for those who have special requirements. The staff were great and the addition of transport down to the centre of Bellagio was an extra bonus.

Sitting high on a hill overlooking Bellagio, the hotel offer the most breathtaking veiws of Lake Como. The main hotel rooms are very nice, comfortable, but do not a/c if that is a must for you. We found the cool nights and ceiling fan did just fine. They do offer a limited number of suites that are brand new and gorgeous. Spend the extra if you can. The restaurant, serves moderately priced delicious dishes and staff is very attentive. A complimentary breakfast buffet is also excellent. They run a shuttle every hour to the Bellagio waterfront so access is very easy. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful! This is a hotel that is on my must go back to list!

Stayed as a couple for our 20th wedding anniversary. ALL the staff were kind and very helpful. Fabio who taxied us to and from Bellagio centre with the courtesy Scooby VW to the bar staff and cleaners were superb. The view from our room was a wow factor and spent every night with patio doors open to hear the stream below and view the lake and mountains. The ferry’s and bus services are excellent and very cheap compared to the uk. The terrace at the hotel is a must and can just stay and chill all day and never tire of the scenery. The restaurant has an excellent chef who also does cooking lessons. People not staying at hotel , book for this service and food. They are planning to add a spa, pool and upgrade the smaller rooms next year so definitely would come back

My husband and I visited back in May of this year and had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The shuttle service from the property to town is very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed delicious food from the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future!

View from Il Perlo was beautiful & the property was clean. We chose to have dinner on our first evening & the food was plentiful & very tasty. Unfortunately, apart from that, this was a very disappointing stay. The rooms are shabby & in desperate need of refurbishment. There is no air conditioning only a very noisy celing fan. The bathroom was appalling with a very small shower & toilet area and a sink that was actually part of the bedroom - privacy was not an option. Had any member of staff shown a hint of customer care, we would have made our complaints at the hotel but they all seemed to be multi tasking and doing only what they needed to do. Apart from a young lad that picked us up from the ferry & a knowledgeable barman there was no friendly welcome. Fortunately, we were only staying for 2 nights so we decided to put up with it - I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it.

Un superbe hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac de Côme. Le personnel est aux petits soins et le service de navette pour se rendre au centre-ville est très pratique.

Tout est simple en allant chez eux ! Ils sont disponibles et très arrageants comme pour venir nous chercher à Bellagio avec leur superbe Van 👍 La chambre toute neuve est vraiment agréable et la vue est à couper le souffle !

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel, in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie, e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. L’ospitalità è stata davvero da hotel a 5 stelle: tutto il personale è stato impeccabile, gentile, attento e sempre con il sorriso. Un grazie speciale a Madi, una persona straordinaria che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. La camera era spettacolare, arredata con gusto, molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia perfetta e una vista che lascia senza fiato. La cena è stata strepitosa, con piatti curati in ogni dettaglio e un’atmosfera intima ed elegante. Per il compleanno di mia moglie ci hanno persino organizzato un tavolo decorato con rose fresche e un mazzo di fiori: una sorpresa che ci ha emozionati profondamente. Molto comoda anche la navetta per Bellagio, che ci ha permesso di visitare il paese senza lo stress della macchina e del parcheggio. Un servizio utilissimo, puntuale ed efficiente. Che dire? Un soggiorno perfetto!!!
