WiFi is weak, front desk and restaurant staff are nice and friendly also helpful.

Excellent location, we were barely in the hotel because we were only there for two days but really glad we chose this place. Very easy and centrally located to get to the airport in 30 minutes on the train which is five minutes from the hotel, buses and trains to get to Vatican City very quickly. Lovely stay in the bed was very comfortable after a long day walking !

Hotel is in a good location, close to the Colosseum. Good restaurants near by and felt safe walking around. The hotel decor is bold and a little gothic. We liked it. Front desk was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of selections.

This was a great hotel in the Monti area. Close to Roma train station and walkable to most areas. We had quad room with king bed and 2 twins which was nice. Staff were nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing hotel we will back again

Great location within a 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Spacious and clean room with plenty of seating areas in the lobby. Staff were polite and helpful. Check in and check out times were a lot better than other hotels in the area. We would consider staying here again when we come back to Rome.

Fiquei em um quarto triplo composto por uma cama de casal (que na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro dispostas lado a lado) e um sofá cama (que não é confortável). O banheiro e o box tinham um bom tamanho. O chuveiro era bom mas a temperatura da água oscilava bastante durante o banho. Estava tudo limpinho e as roupas de cama e de banho confortáveis e branquinhas. Pantufas disponíveis. Tinha alguns amenites como escova de dentes, lâmina de barbear, kit costura, touca de banho… Tinha dispensar de sabonete líquido (que estava vazio) e de hidratante na pia do banheiro e de sabonete, shampoo e condicionador no box. Possui cofre no quarto. Elevador bem pequeno (cabe umas 3 pessoas apenas), mas funcionou perfeitamente. Funcionários da recepção simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos (especialmente o Sr Mario). O hotel é muito bem localizado, fizemos muitas atrações a pé. A estação de metrô República fica a pouquíssimos minutos do hotel. A estação de trem Termini fica a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada. O café da manhã é pago à parte (10 euros por pessoa) mas não optei pelo café, não sei dizer se é bom. Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no Impero. Tem um bom custo x benefício.

Quando cheguei para fazer o check in descobri que o preço de um quarto melhor era metade do que eu havia pago no quarto econômico. Me senti feito de panaca. Nem ao menos ofereceram a troca ou um café da manhã complementar. O quarto não tinha nem janela…

Vi overnattede som turister i 3 nætter. Havde værelse på øverste etage med fælles terrasse, hvilket var skønt. Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt på en rolig gade med gode restauranter tæt på. Personalet er alle meget hjælpsomme og taler godt engelsk i receptionen. Meget pænt og rent hotel. Eneste minus var madrasserne, som man sank ned i på midten, så vi endte med at ligge på tværs af sengen i stedet. Men overordnet var vi godt tilfredse med vores ophold.

Found when checking into the hotel that our room was unavailable due to a problem with the bathroom. So the hotel booked us a room at a different hotel that was allegedly nicer at no cost to us. The con was the air conditioning in the room at the other hotel was not working. Despite multiple phone calls to the desk, having some come look at it they couldn’t get it working. They also didn’t have any other rooms available. So we had an 84 degree hotel room with no AC. Not really hotel imperos fault but it didn’t work out for us.
