一開始給我們一間房還算可以，結果突然打來說沒注意看到我們是訂2晚，要幫我們換房間。 結果還了一間超小的，我覺得很奇怪，一晚的話可以用稍微大間的，兩晚要小間的，另外房間沒牙刷沒洗髮精沒衛生紙沒冰箱沒

There was a slight discrepancy in the room I booked and the room I was given, however it was quickly resolved. The breakfast had a good variety of items. The location near Termini train station is terrific and played a huge part in my decision to stay there.

Room was nice size. Bathrooms on the small side. A little mold on the shower. Chairs were on the dirty side.

Well located withinn an easy walk from railway termini. Lots of dining options surrounding. Property is quite basic.

Area was kind of sketchy and room was super small

Hotel sem manutenção no quarto, pintura desgastada e descarga com problema. Localizado bem próximo a estação de trem, mas com conforto mediano, camas desgastadas. Pagamento da taxa de turismo exigido em espécie Serviço de transfer para o aeroporto pontual.

Room needed attention. Rusty bathtub and didn’t fully drain . There was also water damage on ceiling over bed. Tv is more like a computer monitor. Bathroom mirror was too high for my wife to use . She would have be 5’5” to use properly. Garment rack fell apart as I tried to move it to create space in the entrance. Very small room and not like the pictures advertised

Et enkelt og greit sted for kortere opphold i Roma. Frokosten var enkel og grei, typisk Italiensk. Ligger i kort avstand til jernbane og enkelte turistattraksjoner.

O café poderia ser melhor ,mas no geral a hospedagem é boa .

Ac was not working and front desk was not helpful. Bathroom was also not clean so we did not stay and requested a refund.

Stay was great.

Clean room, close to train station, A/C. Good breakfast.

The room was clean and staff friendly. A/C but no fridge or ice available. Nice breakfast with great cappuccino, pastries, yogurt and fruit. Walkable. Street was quiet at night. Close to Roma Termini. Bed was very hard, but this may be normal for Rome hotels.

Booked room to have 1 double and single bed for myself and 2 children. Arrived and said I had booked double only. Myself, and 2 kids all had to sleep on the same bed. No option to upgrade. Not polite staff. Cannot speak English. Beds are hard. Air con is old school. Ancient toilet. Shower poor, water goes from hot to cold constantly. You have to give your room key every time you leave. Breakfast poor, the bread was rock hard and cakes not covered I saw a fly buzzing around.

We used it as a base right in the centre. But still felt very quiet and safe on the road. Two mins walk from the train station which is specifically what we were after. Easy to walk to main attractions from there. For a central hotel it absolutely did the job, very clean, good communication from staff, would stay here again if visiting Rome.

The rooms are basic and property dated.

La Struttura in generale è buona ed ha un ottima posizione vicino alla stazione termini. Considerato il prezzo pagato, mi sarei aspettato una stanza migliore. In bagno mancava il phone, la porta della camera è vecchia e con la chiave, la televisione è molto piccola, manca un frigo bar.

This property is super close to the railway station. The reception staff are lovely and really helpful

The cleaning and restaurant people were excellent. There were two gentleman at the front desk who were helpful, the rest were very dismissive and unfriendly. I felt I was more of an annoyance to them than a guest. The breakfast food was used over and over. Stale bread, old pastries, rotten fruits. The only good thing was the coffee that was fresh. The room had a very stale old smell and it was awful. The shower so small that I couldn’t turn around without banging my head on the slabs of marble. There was not a shelf to put the shampoo on so I had to bend over but couldn’t without running into the risk of shattering the brittle walls. It was simply awful. I could not shave my legs the entire time I was there. The tv that’s in the room was as big as my kid’s laptop. I recommend that Expedia should go and check the hotels out and see for yourselves if it’s worth the money. It is the second time I use your services and both times is an err. I’m very disappointed with your recommendations especially when they are relatively high prices.
